Ordered two pair of shoes and neither…

Ordered two pair of shoes and neither one fit. I also ordered a cell phone purse and ironically it was to small for my phone. The real issue is the do not offer a way to return the products, and offer a $7.00 offer to keep the shoes. Ridiculous! Do not do business with this company!!

I would give a minus score if possible. They sent me a defective pair of shoes. When I contacted them & sent pictures of the defect, they sent back a canned response. I sent at least 10 emails requesting a REAL person contact me. So far no one has responded. This is the WORST company. Do not buy from them.

It's a scam. They make it impossible to get an exchange or a refund. they expect you to return the shoes to China at your own expenses

after waiting for almost a month Ireceived a pair of shoes that I could barely get my foot in because their size 43 is more like a 42 an it hurt my feet. they expct you to pay for return shipping and custom after you already paid $19.99 in shipping to get a $42. pair of shoes. I'll never order stuff from China directly.

Buyer beware, they aren't honest

I ordered the wrong size and tried to return them for the right size. But typical of Chinese companies they tried to keep me from returning them and offered me a $7 refund on $42 shoes and a 30% discount on a new pair. That doesn't help me. The return address is in China. The shoes were shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.
Nice, courteous, but get out of honoring their own policies.

Don't Purchase Anything from Kaegreel

There is nothing constructive I can write about Kaegreel. I purchased a pair of shoes that were supposed to be size 11. When they arrived weeks later, they were several sizes too small. When I wrote the company inquiring about how to return them for a refund, the company sent back two options: 1) Return them for a refund, but the price of returning them was my responsibility and the cost of shipping them internationally was perhaps higher than what I paid for them; and 2) They would give me $4.00 and take 20% off my next order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I wrote back that I choose option 3: throw the shoes in the trash and write what happened on any outlet I can identify. Do not buy anything from this company!

I requested a refund for product that…

I requested a refund for product that didn't work for me. Customer Service emailed that refund can be expensive since I pay return postage and that might be international. Nothing upon ordering gave any indication this was from overseas. Still wanted refund after they emailed other options. Been quite a few days since request with no reply and a product I can't use.

I can not even get my foot in them!!!

I can not even get my foot in the opening of the shoe! The size is correct. I finally got some one to help pull up the shoe so I could get my foot into the small opening. I had to contort my foot at an awkward angle to force it on. There is no way I can wear them with any type of socks, as too snug... it is a shame, I can't wear them, as I like the look.I guess I should not waste my time trying to return them for either my money back or a size larger to accommodate socks. I shoukd have googled them and seen the negative reviews.

The merchandise looks good, but...

We ordered some boots and slippers the first week in February. The company charged the credit card immediately. There has been no word about the delivery of the items and it is now 2/23. I would be wary.

Steer clear of this company. The products don’t match the descriptions, they come in the wrong size and the customer service is deplorable. They would not process a return or exchange on my second pair of shoes and the most recent response from the company was, “F… You!” So disrespectful and unprofessional. I only got my money back through my credit card company.

Wrong size sent; negative customer service; abusive language

I give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a size thirteen shoe. They sent me was marked European size 46. That conversion is between twelve and thirteen based on internet searches. There's no way that shoe is even a twelve. I literally cannot get my foot into it. It is about the same size as one of my wife's shoes and she wears a size eleven women's.
When I contacted them , they have repeatedly attempted to make it my fault as if I ordered the wrong size. However , my order clearly shows that I ordered a size thirteen. There is no shoe size scale in the world where that shoe is a size thirteen.
I have disputed the charge with American Express. The times that this kind of vendor scam has happened to me before and I've disputed the charges I've received a hundred percent refund, and I expect to get the same here.
P.S. Today (2/23) I received a reply from my email thread with them which read, in its entirety "fuckyou". I am saving the email, of course, so I can substantiate their use of abusive language by customer service.
P.S. Today (3/31) they posted that reply below, but there is no such email in my inbox or in spam.

Do not stand behind their product!!

They are not easy to deal and do not stand behind their product. I tried to return or send back for fixing, a boot that zipper came apart on. Boots were not even worn for a full month, he got them at Christmas , started wearing the week after. Zipper split before the end of January and company REFUSED to deal with problem stating it was past the 30 days! No grace at all even though this was a manufacturing defect. Recommend you do not buy ,for 2 reasons actually. #1…poor company service! #2….American company ( realized this too late unfortunately).

This site is a complete fake

This site is a complete fake and positioned to completely deceive and rip you off. Firstly, it represents itself as a U.S. domestic company. Not so. They are located in China. If you desire to return your fake item, the customs fees you are required to pay, (Kaegreel does not honor its guarantee) is considerably more $$ then the items are worth. Total RIPOFF
