The platform is still in Beta.
I brought in 1000 leads and bought 100 leads from them.
There are tons of issues from the AI ignoring the obvious prompts (even they couldn't fix it) to late replies (hours) even though the bot was running, and in the end, somehow the 5000 default credit wasn't enough to connect to 1100 leads so my 1 month plan expired and only requested 900 leads, 8.8% connection rates, 3.8% reply rate.
Don't waste your money and, more importantly, your time.

You're right to be frustrated – the issues you encountered (AI not following prompts, delayed replies, credit consumption problems) are not acceptable, especially when our own team couldn't resolve the prompt issues. That's a failure on our part.
The metrics you're sharing (8.8% connection, 3.8% reply) are below what we'd expect, and combined with the technical problems you experienced, we completely understand your disappointment.
Since your experience, we've made significant improvements to address many of these issues – including better prompt adherence, more reliable delivery timing, and clearer credit usage. But that doesn't change the fact that we failed you when you needed us.
