I have found Nigel was able to show empathy and understanding of my situation and investment requirements. Good first time experience.
It was my first time looking into these type of services, it was good to have the support there and explain all the jargon and better understand what stock market is and how it works and all the different services available.
A bit to take onboard but I think its a good start and very educational.
