Buyers BEWARE!!!!! Read the “free returns” CLOSELY! They’ll attempt to offer you a small percentage towards your return. YOU, the consumer are responsible for shipping. You must fill out a form with a full description, take a photo of shipping, proof of receipt. GO TO A REPUTABLE place where you obtain the same product at a smaller, higher cost but, exceptionally better customer service and return/refund process. I will NEVER shop with Kalsten ever again.

Very easy and great prices for a great product

My nephew asked for a "pink moon" for his 5th birthday and I was SO excited to find that Kalsten had the most perfect moon light for his room. I KNOW that he is going to absolutely love it! So far, my experience with Kalsten has been great and I'm excited to see my nephew's face light up when he receives his gift!
