Everything was perfect except when I got my Kamispeed sticker. It was attached to the paper so I couldn’t place it on my car which actually highly disappointed me.

Never buying from Kami Speed again.
Ordered a set of rims that was listed in stock. However, after two weeks of not hearing from Kami Speed, I reached out to them through email and learned that I should expect my item in the next 4-6 weeks. I waited for the time frame, and still did not hear anything from Kami Speed. I decided to call them this time and requested for a refund because the sales agent could not confirm the details of my order. The sales agent denied my refund, stating that special/back orders are non-refundable. After explaining to the agent that the website listed the rims as in stock during the time of purchase, he concluded that he will email me some kind of snapshot proving that the rims was never in stock. Waited for two days and still did not receive an email from Kami Speed. I emailed them back requesting for my refund since they failed to notify me that my order was a special order (according to their policy, buyers are notified of all special orders prior to processing). Again, Kami Speed did not respond. I decided to open a dispute on PayPal and finally got their attention. Got my refund but loss 6% due to reprocessing fee.

I am very happy with their customer service and great selection of authentic JDM parts which they have shipped to me directly from Japan. That is actually hard to find and I am very impressed by Kami speed

I went as a messenger to pick up parts. My phone had no signal. Josh allowed me to use his phone to confirm the items and make the purchase. They put up with my no service and kept the conversation going for over 30 minutes.
