Dear Juan Rivera, you sent us 2 emails (4/11) at the same time after hours. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm EST. We replied back the next business day (4/12) and informed you that the product was delivered on Friday 4/8 according to UPS. If the package was stolen, you will be sent another product or refunded back for the lost package. If the package was delivered by UPS to the wrong address, we will recover it. In either case, the issue will be resolved in your favor.

Customer support is poor
Customer support is poor. It is very seldom they will reply to your inquiry. Price paid for the item is twice of what is on the receipt given by the maker or supplier.

Thank you for your review and we apologize you feel that way. You emailed us in 2 different occasions (2/20 and 2/23) and we replied back within 48 hours as indicated by our automatic reply as this is peak season for us. This is why from the beggining we inform you that the product will be 3-5 months to ship, as there usually isnt much to update in between. As for the price, the reason why the price on the invoice is 1/3 of the price of what you paid for, is to help you with your countries duties/taxes. As duties and taxes can get expensive.

We have located the returned package and are shipping the package out again to you. A new tracking number will be assigned to you within 24 hours with signature and insurance so the package doesn't get lost this time. Thank you!

I'm getting email notifications as if I've received my product, however, that's not the case. I don't necessarily blame kamispeed for the delay in shipping, but this is certainly the longest I've ever had to wait for a product, especially a non-car part. I can surely say shipping would've been more prompt going through other vendors.

Thank you for your review, Mychael White. The email notification are automatically sent by our system by the 5th business day to ensure the package arrived to you or will be arriving to you. This is to ensure nothing went wrong along the way as we have no control over the shipping companies. Since you place your order on a Sunday, the earliest we could have shipped your product was the following business day (Monday). Unlike large corporations, like Amazon, we do have to rely on companies like UPS/FedEx/USPS to ship our packages out. Which puts us at their mercy on shipping variations, which we have no control over. As these companies are currently experience the occasional delay due to the supply chain crisis, some items are now taking between 3-6 business days to deliver. In the future, if you need the product by a certain date, it is best to choose either 3/2/or 1 business day delivery as ground delivery vary from 3-6 business days. Thank you!
No response after more than a week
EDIT:
I finally heard back from them and they explained the situation. According to them, they are understaffed and have started using a new inventory system. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They profusely apologized and were eager to do what they could to make me happy. I would consider doing business with them in the future.
Ordered a set of wheels on March 27th then sent them an email on the 29th. My order has yet to be processed and they've yet to respond to either one of my two emails. I'll be pursuing a charge back with my bank to get my money refunded.
