He gave me very professional advice and did not sugarcoat anything he treated me in the same way he would be liked to be treated and acted as my voice and friend , he and his team dealt with the situation with total professionalism paying attention to the smallest detail ,he was not a solicitor who would cave under pressure,as a result he had got the case and charges dismissed against me

I made contact with Kang & Co after receiving a court summons for speeding points and facing a ban for totting of points. I received a call very quickly and was talked through the process of putting forward an Extreme Hardship case and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and proficiency shown on the first call. I had a lengthy phone consultation with Mr Kang who covered every base, prepped me for the hearing, told me what to expect and advised me on all the documents and evidence I could put together. Throughout this I was given realistic and useful advice on potential outcomes and at no point given any false promises, just facts and advice on how to maximise my chances in court. well four weeks ago i was charged with a drink driving charge and this would be a second in tens years so i was looking at probably five years off the road and other punishments to go with it. so it was a very stressful time. so i rang kang and co solictors to reprecest me. from the start the start they kept in touch with me every other day gathered all my details and documents. so i was staring down the barrel of very seroius time ahead. they went to the cps got hold of all the evidence all the papaerwork. during all this process they kept in constant touch with me through all this so i didint feel alone. we schedule an hur meeting over phone and the solictor stated that due to the evidence they had we could get charged lowered. my barrister meet me at court and had already talked with cps about lowering the charge. the barrister also got me a pre hearing with probation before the court so get it dealt with on the day. my barrister was brilliant got the charge lowered and i got a 9 month ban and a fine. just brilliant from start to finish and the ban and lenght of it was amazing cose if i represented my looking at easy 45 months. my barrister talking on my behalf was brilliant. just the hold process was handled 100 percent first class. thankfully i consider my lucky to habe kang and co in my corner and to have the outcome i did. thanks tom

I was falsely accused of harassment and stalking by an ex-partner in late 2024, the most emotional and distressing situation i've faced in my life that threatened my academic future, my professional opportunities, and my peace of mind. We were fully cooperative and ready to attend a voluntary police interview but the case dragged on for almost 5 months.
