I was represented by Kang and Co with an extremely knowledgeable solicitor who was waiting for me when I got to the police station giving us plenty of time before to help explain the reasons for the interview process and what to expect.

As well as guidance during the police station interview and then taking time after to explain what would happen going forward, and I couldn't be more impressed with their services and the outcome of no further action that resulted.

Communication - on the phone, via email, via their portal and in person (at the magistrates court), was excellent. At every stage of the process, Kang and Co made it clear what I needed to do, and by when.

They had very little time to go ahead with getting all valid documents needed for my case, they were extremely efficient and great at calming me and keeping me updated with my case and it’s details with interviews and courtrooms to appear in, overall great experience with kang and co, I came out with a 2 year suspended sentence instead of a 1 year custodial sentence for GBH without intent. I now get to spend the time caring for my nan and helping with my family’s needs.

Kang & Co were outstanding throughout my experience with them. All communications and actions were prompt. All staff members were polite, professional and reassuring throughout the process. They prepared my mitigations for a speeding offence and a highly competent barrister (not directly employed by Kang and Co.) of their nomination presented the mitigations in court.
