Total scam - pretends to be a LA company while it is a Chinese entity selling products that are not approved for sale in the United States. Product comes from China, but they pretend to be made in U.S. didn’t even use it based on other reviews too, dogs developed aspirational peumonia from this, went to ER. Scammers

If I could give them zero stars it would be more appropriate! First of all these lousy toys are shipped from China but they don't tell us that. China does not take care with the things they put in dog toys. The items took more than 5 weeks to arrive. I sent them back in original packaging and they refuse to refund me. This place is a SCAM!

I didn’t have the experience of my dog ripping the plastic to pieces but I do have a negative experience with this product because my dog won’t even play with it or go near it. I won’t be ordering from this company anymore and will be telling people not to buy it having had my experience with it.

Its been a few weeks since my order.
They misrepresented themselves when I ordered in that I thought I was ordering from a USA company.
After reading reviews I realised I’d been done, and if I ever receive the very expensive chew it will go straight in the bin.

My dog chewed the extreme version of this to within an inch of its life, within five minutes of having this supposed chew toy.

I emailed the company three times requesting a refund, and never got any meaningful response.

A complete waste of money.

So embarrassed that I fell for this. Expected my item by Christmas. In March they said they were shipping another today and would send me tracking info. Well, it's June now. They did a nice job on their scam website. 😫

Terrible companies do not order from them, they say you can return and get a full refund within 30 days. What they don’t tell you is that you have to return to China to get a refund. I tried to do that and the post office said it would be $300 plus to Mail. I think that is not a very trustworthy company, yes, you could return to company and get a refund, after paying an exorbitant amount of money to return the product to the company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! No item, no refund!! I ordered Dec 20, it is April w 10, no item, tracking shows item is lost, no refund. They absolutely refuse to refund, insisting that item will arrive soon. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

Total SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company. Ordered a dog toy almost 3 months ago and still don’t have the product. Paid for it and they refuse to refund. Wouldn’t have purchased had I known the company was based in China.

Don’t be fooled by this company’s claim that this item will ship from “warehouses worldwide depending on our customer location” - it ships from China. I’m happy to order from other countries but it would be have nice for this company to be upfront and honest so customers can make decisions about where to buy products, especially when there are global supply chain challenges worldwide right now. Instead of being honest about the misleading shipping information listed online, they’ve doubled down on their policies. We will not be supporting this company further and neither should you.

If I could rate "0" starts, I would. Item is ok quality. Yes, COVID is delaying shipments but it took over 2 months for my doggy toothbrush to arrive....because it's coming from China! You can get the same item elsewhere for less and have it arrive in 1-2 days. Company does not allow refunds on sale items, which is essentially the entire store. Tracking information stated that the item left China for the US but I received the same tracking information for 2 months. Customer services was no help; they couldn't even provide a tracking number for within the US to see where the item actually was. Out of 7 emails, with initial emails asking for tracking information, the last 2 requesting a refund went unanswered. Be transparent about where your items are coming from.

Disaster! I waited 53 days for it to arrive and it was destroyed in minutes. Rip off!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS, particularly if your dog is a chewer. I bought the "extreme" model and waited over a month for delivery from China. My 2+ year-old Parson Russell Terrier bit off two 1/2" chunks within 15 minutes and swallowed one before I caught the problem. I'm sitting here hoping it has not created a serious digestive issue.

Toy arrived after three weeks. No toothpaste in the package, so tried it with Virbac.

Dog chewed on it for a while, leaving plastic bits on the floor. Second attempt was ignored.

Never did receive toothpaste. Company kept making excuses. Requesting refund.

Crap product. Crap service. Stay away.

1 year ago i bought toy from them for 25$ and never got it. I wrote to their customer support and they asked for details of my order. I sent all details and they apologized for delay. When i asked for tracking number they disappeared and stopped to answer for my messages.
After 6 months of waiting i asked for refund of my money. I am nurse and i am earning this money for 3 days in my home country. Why this people are stealing my money like this? Its was Christmas present for my mom and i am so disappointed that Moms dog stayed without any present.

I sent to this company around 35-40 emails and every time they just no answering at all for or they are asking to sent them one more time all details.

Scammers who will steal your money.

Wish I could assign zero stars. Company says they will provide refunds if you ship their unused product back to China, at YOUR cost. I did this in June and still haven't received a refund. Bianca stopped answering my emails. And, I am out the money I spent, the product, and the cost to ship it back. Total scam company and junk product.

Don't waste your time or money!!!

DO NOT BUY! Totally junk. Our dog destroyed it in less than 10 minutes and then vomited several pieces up. Took 3 months to receive with absolutely no help from their customer service. They refuse to offer refund.

If I could give this product a zero star review I would. Totally misleading advertising. Duped us, though. It took weeks (like 6-8 weeks!!!) to receive our item. Within minutes of giving this toothbrush to our 45-lb dog, she chewed chunks off of it like it was butter. Terrible quality. They will not refund our money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!

Bought the toothbrush for our dog. Took two months (!) to arrive. Contacted customer service during that time who was responsive and kept assuring me with empty phrases.

It finally arrived. Damaged. The packaging was just a cheap soft envelope, and the item was bent.

Followed the instructions to insert toothpaste and gave it to our dog. He took one sniff and ran away.

Tried to remove the toothpaste from the item. Almost impossible. It's not designed to be cleaned. Put some peanut butter inside which he loves. He licked it once and then ignored it.

Request for a refund was ignored by customer service. Never responded to my emails.

Total waste of money. I feel ripped off. Do not recommend.
