Wd2 is so good brought it for my mum too , Daft’s that when buying accessories for the hoover its 25£ which come with an item that already comes with the hoover , no option to buy the small brush attachment alone so had to
Purchase the pack! Only issue is if the hoover tips over whilst on / in use it stops working and you have to remove return top half to get it going again. This not to much of an issue for me but nightmare for my mum other than this fantastic

Ordered a window vac on 30 November 2019. However, I did not receive it until 19th December. It has to be said that it’s was not Craigmore’s fault. The package label was correct but Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. Levi at Craigmore was very helpful in helping me locate the package.

Bit of a mix up with the part numbers but quickly sorted out.

Item I ordered was out of stock, but I was kept informed of the progress of the order and updated on delivery date. Customer service was very good.

Ordered item in the black Friday sale said item was in stock and would be with me in 3 days I was happy with that I was expecting an email to confirm it but nothing I had to email a week after to then be informed that due to sale they run out of stock and it would be with me in a day or 2 again I was happy with that week went by nothing so I messaged again and to be told it will be with me in the next day and some extras sent with it
Customers care to inform them of orders I would have gave better reviews but I was disappointed with the service I had I dont think I would advise anyone to buy online from karcher

I bought the Karcher mobile shower, it’s great for washing my dogs before putting them in the car after a muddy walk! Great service too as the shop in Belfast actually delivered it by hand the day after ordering.
