Der er intet reelt firma i Danmark! De lover fuld returret, men når man vil benytte den, så får man besked på at deres lager er i Kina og at det sikkert vil være alt for dyrt at returnere varen. De anbefaler at man beholder varen og får lidt rabat :-(

Firmaet laver falske varebetegnelser. På firmaets hjemmeside står der "Sengetøjssæt i silke" Det er det IKKE! Når man længere nede på siden læser varebeskrivelsen står der at det er lavet af polyester. Jeg har skrevet til firmaet ang. dette og de beklager, men de retter ikke deres hjemmeside. Jeg er sikker på det er et robotsvar og at firmaet i virkeligheder befinder sig i Kina, også selvom de står til at have adresse i Århus. Hold jer langt væk fra dette firma, det er lortevarer de sælger

This is a scam. Products are the worst quality, directly from China

The site looks genuine, but in reality they ara dropshipping via Shopify from Chinese suppliers.
Ordered what was marketed as a original PH-lamp, but received a cheap copy shipped from Hong-Kong, instead of refunding me the chatbot-email -costumer service agent sent me a new fake lamp from china, and now they are saying that I need to ship it back to china at my own cost in order to receive a refund.
So essentially just a fraud money machine.

This is a front from stuff sent from aliexpress.
I guess the term is "dropshipping scam site".
