Massive charges and don't report to build credit
Massive charges just to open an account. Interest rates are through the roof and they don't even report to the credit bureau to help build credit while you pay out the ass. Then forget help customer service is a joke. Would bot recommend to even my worst enemy.

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with Katapult customer service. After attempting to resolve an issue via chat, I was instructed to contact Wayfair and initiate a three-way call to process a refund. This felt extremely unorganized and inefficient, especially since Katapult was the company that charged me.
The phone call itself lasted over 45 minutes and involved repeated questioning that did not add value to resolving the issue. There was confusion regarding order details, as Wayfair only had one order on record while Katapult showed two. Despite providing the same information multiple times, I was told that the timing of transactions did not match, which caused further delays.
At one point, Wayfair representatives had to step in and ask Katapult to stop placing the call on hold unnecessarily. Even after an extended call, very little progress was made.
Overall, the process was time-consuming, disorganized, and frustrating. There is significant room for improvement in communication, internal coordination, and overall customer support—especially when partnering with a large company like Wayfair.

Bad process
I ordered tires and wheels from fitment industry. Ordering process was terrible because they got my address wrong twice and I had to email documents in to be able to finalize my order. Then I was told my tires were out of stock and they had to refund my order so I can do it over again which makes no sense. Payments are weekly instead of monthly. That makes no sense as well. I will not be placing another order. I will order my tires and wheels from another company and I will not be using katapult. This was a waste of my time.
