Ordered November 17th - never arrived, now end of January. No response to several messages. No refund given and Shopify are no help. I thought that by shopping through Shopify I had protection that the sellers are genuine, clearly not. Shop App now deleted I will never buy through them again.

These are scammers- no information, no product delivered. Site has disappeared and website doesn't seem to exist

I ordered the Fairy Finder for my Granddaughter. On 13th November Kavonu took £20.00 from my account. I still have not received the Fairy Finder.

Order a toy for my son on 20th November for $55 shipping day still waiting for details I’m pretty sure it’s a scam no way to get in touch with the company.So I have taken up matter with my bank.

Avoid like the plague, never received item and couldn't find any details to email, my grandsons Christmas present that just never arrived, heartbroken

Very cleaver Instagram adverts, make you buy them shut it down and disappear as soon as you buy. Con do not buy

This company is shocking wish I also had read reviews ordered a toy for my 1 year olds Christmas at end of October and still nothing tried to email them no return tried to access there website doesn't exist anymore now trying to to get my money back but probably won't I don't have a lot off money and work as hard as I can to try and give my kids something nice and to be tricked just terrible this website should be shut down god knows how much money they have scammed out off people

Product did not arrive, received no response from the seller with delivery information and if you try track the order, it sends you to an unsafe website. Clearly a scam (wish I'd noticed earlier!). I have submitted a fraud case to my bank to try retrieve the money.

I've made 2 separate orders for children's toys. was told with the currier but couldn't locate currier or any delivery information, absolute disgusting. stay well clear. been in conversation with a person by name of Joshua W.

I ordered the Pokemon Advent calendar at the beginning of November and I have not received the product. I have sent several emails with no response.

Ordered two fairy finders for grandchildren's christmas presents at £40. Ordered 12th November and still no sign, sent numerous emails to the one stated but no response and website doesn't work. Was ordered after seeing on facebook so will not be doing that again. Such a scam looking at these reviews, wish i had looked before ordering!

Ordered early Nov and it's now 9th Dec and no update on delivery. I have emailed with no response. I have been scammed and this will definitely affect the way I online shop in future.
