Purchased from them twice. Both times everything was in immaculate condition and packaged beautifully. There were cute little touches like ribbons tied into pencils and paper sleeves covering memo pads. Everything looked like it was handled with lots of love and care.

Customer service on the other hand disappointed me. I am in UK and I messaged to see if they would ship to my country but for over a month later there still wasn’t a reply. So I had to ship my order to another country to a friend and then ask them to ship that to me. It’s fine if they don’t want to ship to a specific country but please don’t ignore the message all together as this sours the overall experience and makes one feel unwelcome.

I’m from Spain and I spend Almost 50€ in this page. I bought notepads and next day all was in my house and with a little present. The packaging was so sweet, thank you Sandra for all! I really recomendable to buy in this shop. I’ll do again!

I’ve ordered some Gashapon charms to make my own phone charms and I love it! The owner, Sandra, is so incredibly sweet and wrote a handwritten letter and added some extra goodies. Shipping was so incredibly fast and it took just around two weeks or so to come to Canada. The packaging was absolutely adorable and wrapped with so much love and care. I’m so happy with my order and I can’t wait to order more from Kawaii Panda. Sandra is so lovely and I highly recommend buying from her store / website! ❤️🥰

Ordered 3 times already, always a perfect experience! Ordering kawaii stuff from Japan etc. usually is expensive because of taxes, but this cute little shop finally made it easier for me to get my key chains and some other stuff without going through that!

I'm always looking for shops that sell Sanrio (in the EU mostly, Vat taxes are no joke 💸💸💸) and I suddenly found this shop :O. They had a ton of Sanrio items but I was a tiny bit hesitant to order since their socials had been inactive since 2019, so I left a little note in my order. A day later my items were shipped and Sandra (the owner) send me an email that they are still open! :D very friendly and professional, my order arrived 6 days after my order (ordered friday, arrived Thursday). Everything was literally tied with little bows xD Very cute! I definitely recommend this to all the people in the EU looking for cute Japanese items that are pretty cheap compared to other shops!
