Not only did kazam go above and beyond in rectifying a stock issue initially, on the occourance of a second small defect of a minor item in my order, the problem was taken very seriously and addressed once again amazingly. This customer service has definitely secured a new customer

Good quality products
Good quality products. Didn’t get the gas lighters that the postage states… but overall I like the products and service. Plus quick delivery!
