Great customer service
Customer service is great and I was offered alternative payment options when my card wasn’t going through. The package arrived in plain packaging and the product is well made and great to use. However, delivery was a little slow but I believe this is due to Royal Mail and the Christmas period as Kazam dispatched my order the next day. My order also came with some cute freebies. I enjoyed shopping with them.
