Due to my limited computer skills, I ran into some frustrating difficulties, but Josiah patiently offered all the help I needed. He even arranged an appointment for me with the delightfully kind-spirited Clara, who successfully guided me step by step through the entire KDP upload process.

We tried many versions before getting to the right place, but I am very happy. I would only wish that, as they are the pro-people, they would have gotten there more without my giving so much detailed feedback. I expect the PROs to be pros at what they do, including copywriting and generating ideas. If not, I would want to know beforehand what to expect and how much I need to be doing as well. I will be using them again now that I know more about the process, and I expect more for the next round.
