Kearys in Midleton sold my wife a Duster (4 years old(. All warning lights came on during the drive home from the garage. Is currently being 'repaired ' with them for the 3rd time in months. The replacement Duster they gave us just broke down. I would never buy a car from them again and we are currently talking to our solicitor about getting a refund.

We were dealing with Jess trying to find the right car and she couldnt have been more helpful. She had great patience and guided us through the different models and helped us figure out the best one for us. Very helpful and customer service was excellent. Would definately go back.

I was served by Brooklyn Kelly in Belgard Dacia who really took care of me as I didn’t have an appointment and my wife was sent from Cork maternity hospital to the Coombe in Dublin. The night we arrived both headlights blew. I couldn’t be without a driveable car and Brooklyn and the team were great to get me in, do a diagnostic, replace the bulbs, align the lights and even gave the car a wash. Kelvin Flanagan is an excellent salesperson .We dealt with Kelvin three years ago purchasing our first Tuscon Hybrid. The sales transaction was handled very efficiently from start to finish by Kelvin.A great amount of time was afforded to us explaining the cars features on handover.The follow up was very good .Kelvin contacted us the following day to see if everything. Had a pleasant experience dealing with Jess in kearys Belgard. She went above and beyond to meet my budget with upgrading my car to something bigger with recently having a baby. Delighted with my koleos!

I got tyre pressure warning. No matter what I did, the warning did not go away. Went to service to get quote on replacing the pressure valves, since the car is 8 years old, I asked for all 4 to be replaced. 74 EUR each valve, expensive, but ok. but their service fee for removing tyre, installing the new item and code it to the car, was almost 400 EUR. I know businesses need make money, but for a 30 min job, charging 400 EUR, that is insane. Went to a small garage, they had valves for 35 EUR, and installed them for 80.

Had to get replacement car when my old was coming to the end of its life. Meet with Alex, who was very helpful and had good knowledge of the cars available. Bought a Hyundai Kona. Very happy with it so far. Alex supplied an excellent service.

Traded in my car this week in Kearys with Alex and it was a great experience. I have been dealing with Kearys for many years and Alex is a star.

I have a dacia duster. I came in for a service and the service team provided me with great customer service. I had my young fella with me and they prioritised and made sure that my car was done within 2 hours! I would definitely recommend coming to kearys belgard for a service the staff couldn't have do anymore for me.

I had a great experience trading my late husbands jeep in for a car for my son. A very emotional experience but Jess in sales was absolutely fantastic. Always returned my calls promptly. Answered all my queries and was just so nice to deal with. My second time dealing with Renault Belgard Rd and both very positive experiences. Ask for Jess she is great!

Having been in Kearys Belgard last July to have particular issues addressed - the very same issues returned & I went in to Kearys Belgafd this morning to see if I could have the issues addressed again. I was met with the most Negative response from the Service Staff/Manager & a direct lack of will to offer me assistance citing too busy , no staff , booked out - although I have paid for this issue to be fixed & it's not - clearly their lack of customer service responsibility does not exist!!!! A most disappointing & sad experience when a major motor company sees fit to treat its customers in this manner. No empathy or understanding offered by staff. Beware purchasing a vehicle here & expecting customer service.

Great service from Kearys particularly Alex who made the transaction as smooth as possible and all done remotely with car delivered to my door. Honestly the easiest experience i have ever had with a motor dearler. Would highly recommend Kearys and ask for Alex. I will be using them again for sure!

I bought a car from David Ion in Kearys CarStore in Little Island yesterday. I highly recommend this company. David is professional, very helpful and thorough. He ensured that I got the best deal for my trade in and went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted!! We were made very welcome, especially the kids with a great little play area. David is a great asset to Kearys, very knowledgeable about cars!
I completed the transaction with Lauren Ferrera and she too is a great asset to the company with the patience of a Saint!! Really lovely person who went our of her way to help with everything. Overall, I got a great deal, great aftercare deal and after 20 years of buying many different cars, I have never gone back to the same dealer but I will definitely go back to Kearys in the future.
