ordered hair oil for over 2 months now, nothing arrived.

Now, i understand a lot can go wrong with deliveries that come from far. It's not even about the product that didn't arrive. Shit happens.

What bothers me is the lack of customer service and communication.

I've send i think 6-7 mail with reminders and got 1 reply they need my order number. After that, again, radio silence.

I genuanly don't understand how horrible your customer service and lack of communication can be.

I don't write reviews very quick. If i do, i'm not even frustrated anymore, i'm just MAD.

I will NEVER order from you again, and i hope you can finally figure out what happened and take responsibility for it.

In my opinion the website is misleading. It clearly shows a Swedish (EU) address and VAT. But when you order surprisingly you have to pay import fees because the package is sent from Korea. In comparison to other Korean shops the prices are high. If I had known, that this shop is not located in the EU, I would have chosen another one. Unfortunately, they also did not respond to my email. I am not sure if the customer service is existent. Nevertheless, the product itself was original and I will use it.

Scam!

The email is fake. They don’t reply on Instagram. The 24/7 chat is also fake.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago a skincare i saw online that this website sold. I hadn’t had any shipping updates after a good 10 days of waiting so thought maybe I should email them, I emailed them it bounced back, I went on their website to email again and they bounced back then it said they had a 24 hour customer service chat on the website when I tried to type it said error everytime. I found their instagram and message’d a few times on their posts and direct message and never heard back so unfortunately had to go through my credit card company now to get the money back. I’ve warned shopify as they sell their products too but I think they’re scamming people which isn’t good, luckily I only bought one item.
