*BUYER BEWARE* Keg Kingdom recently changed name to Kandi Kingdom. I am one of many customers that proprietor of the business, Matthew Francis has taken money from and failed to deliver the goods.
I politely enquired where my order is after waiting a month which was within my rights to do so. I was blocked! He has failed to reply to emails requesting a refund. Order number: #1929. This business is in breach of the Consumers Credit Act 2015.
Please do not order from this company. If you've ordered and have not received your goods then I'd urge you to report this to Trading Standards. It's a simple form online. Here are the business details: Kandi kingdom, unit 1, Somers road, Halesowen, B62 8EN, United Kingdom

I read the terrible reviews here and on Google reviews but decided to take the risk as I couldn't find a 35L thermos pot anywhere else. Ordered on a Tuesday. Arrived two days later. Happy days :-)

Very poor Business, doesnt send orders, or reply to emails, have to open paypal dispute to get any sort of refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take your money and treat you like a mushroom. Have had 1 order out of 4. What a nightmare.

Half my order arrived promptly, the rest is still missing in action after two weeks. Wish I had never given them my money.

Everytime I ordered, it’s easy, quick and accurate. Will be using again very soon.

Tried ordering, few days later, still no sign of despatch. Emailed, ignored. Cancelled order after a day or two more - good comms at this stage, so I’m guessing he was relieved that he got a cancelled order. A one man band that can not cope. Won’t be using again. Expand or implode I guess.

It could be a great company but after ordering I found it to have very bad communication, Only every 3rd email answered. Items finally arrived after 2 months.
Will not use again.

The products themselves were good but the service poor, very slow delivery times (a month for one order) and not great communication

Slow to dispatch. Poor communication, no answer to emails, do not answer landline or mobile. Wrong items delivered.
