I purchased an item which needed to be returned...
I purchased an item which needed to be returned. I did my part by shipping it back (at my expense)...however I didn't receive a reimbursement. After 3 MONTHS of trying to call and email, without any success I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company to stop payment. After informing the owner this was done, he sent me a refund via paypal that next morning, and then claimed I was trying to get a fraudulent double reimbursement from him! Of course, that created another couple of months working back through the credit card company to clear up that mess. Don't purchase from this website unless you want to spend 5 months of your life trying to get your money back!

This customer asked to be refunded via a Payal. The day after the refund cleared, she did a charge back to her bank. It would be pointless of me to refund her after she initiated a chargeback, since it is automatically deducted from my account. That claim defies all logic. I reported this to her credit card company. This was almost a year ago, and she continues to post these anonymous reviews everywhere because she is mad that i reported her.
Great customer service
They are always available to help with your order. Exchanges are made without any hassles. Great company!
