This store overcharged for insyrance, refunded that and i got the product. However, they then surrepticiously enrolled me in a subscription for 39.99 on my credit card. Card company denied the charge, they tried again and were denied. So another company in another state tried and was alsi unsuccessful in getting the 39.99. Now a third company, this time in PA is saying i bought skin care products for 34.79.
I canceled my card and filed another fraud claim; unfotunately, the card comoany paid this charge. In my opinion, these are all shell companies who share credit card information in order to steal from consumers.

Gift item looked cute enough to give without panic-wrapping it in three layers of apology paper. Box could be nicer.

Pet product got approved by the cat, which is rare because he judges everything like a tiny landlord.

I requested a refund on an item that I did not order in the amount of 39.99 and was told that it would be credited to my account by 7/10/26. It was not. I called today and spoke to someone in their call center and requested to cancel my membership and asked about the refund and we were disconnected. I called back and was placed on hold by the individual and then he hung up. I called back and a female answered and I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would have to request that a manager call me back. I asked if my membership had been cancelled and she stated that I would receive an email confirming my request. I definitely would not recommend this WEB site.

Support was polite, but the reply came later than I needed.

Product is good, but the instruction card could be more helpful instead of pretending everyone is already an expert.
