I cancelled mid month before the next billing cycle - assumed I could use it for the 2 weeks remaining that was already paid for. I could not.
I reactivated the account thinking I was activating my current month to simply log back in and use the remaining two weeks.
Kenji charged me for a brand new billing cycle as soon as I clicked re-activate and will not give me access to the remaining two weeks that I already paid for. Terrible experience for a monthly subscription. Do not recommend!!!

I fought for a long time to get a refund for the annual fee. After the second month they hardly granted me any observers, I said it was against their terms and conditions. They offered me a ridiculous amount of refund, equivalent to 2 months(with annual fee), ignored my attempts to negotiate. I was being watched by fake accounts anyway, so I figured it was still better than nothing, so I agreed to this extremely unfair refund. Well, that's how those watchers are disappearing from me, so far I've somehow lost over a thousand of them, we'll see how many in a few days.
Edit: The company is claiming that I had some random unrelated followers which is not true. ALL these followers are people who have clearly fake profiles - they have no followers and each account has tons of nondescript photos including some having multiple profile photos of clearly different people. The app also claims that it will hand out Likes once people follow my page, but based on my activity log this has never been done. How is this an organic app if no actions are being done? It's starting to look like you just have a pool of people paying for your service along with fake accounts and you're just having us all follow each other. All the follows are coming in at the same time instead of trickling in like they would naturally so it's obvious this is the work of software.
Not happy with the product. I run a women's clothing store in the US and i selected multiple related accounts like Dolls Kill, Fashion Nova, etc. that are relevant to my brand. This was not taken into account at all. All the followers I'm getting are random men from India which is totally irrelevant to my brand. I will get 20 follows in one minute and then nothing. i thought this bot was creating real interactions--not just paying you to have a bunch of fake bot accounts with gibberish usernames follow me. Their webpage also lists an entirely different subscription model / features /pricing then what you actually see when it's time to sign up. They're a selling a fake follower bot as a meaningful platform that provides real interactions. Do not fall for this one.

they're really good. i'm annoying and bombard them qith questions but they always answer and are super nice. the best customer service team i've ever came across

The trick here is NOT to use your Instagram account on your phone, or it will get blocked due to the location of KENJI's servers. I never use the Instagram account on any of my devices and I had absolutely no problem to make it work successfully.
The service works well, as the customer service was quick in responding and solving some problems that had come my way.
I must also point out, like the other reviews, the difficulty in blocking the subscription. I think they have a problem bound to the page, but I sincerely hope that through the customer service - chat this mishap can be resolved.

They charged me initially to grow my Instagram channel, but failed to do so. Then, "coincidentally" days before the rebill was due, the login didn't work, so I couldn't cancel and was charged again! I disputed the transaction on PayPal but lost the dispute, so these frauds got to keep the money. They don't care about customer satisfaction, only their profit!
Horrible service. Did not work at all. I gained 150 new followers during a month on my Instagram. It costed me 50$. To cancel the subscription I had to first fill in a form on the webpage. On the final page, it told me to manually contact the support by email to be able to cancel. The mail was followed by 5 replies where they tried to convince me to stay before I had a confirmation on my cancellation. Don't sign up on this!
they have a beta platform and they say it's not. I started the service but it didn't do anything, I suspended it for a refund and they didn't give it to me. Unnecessary
Complete crap with no customer service. Had it for a week waiting for something (anything) to start happening. Finally got an email back that said they were undergoing new servers and they were sorry. Not, how about a refund or maybe give me two extra weeks. To tell ya the truth, I wouldn’t want it and just canceled. What a scam
Total scam, Their SMS or 2FA authentication not working so you have to remove from your settings which is quite annoying and It’s been 1 week since opened account, nothing has happened, asked to refund no one replied.
Total chinese scam.
They service consists on following lots of people, they use the same software or team as NITREO. I have an email from the owner that confirms that. Anyways they used the wrong targerts and keywords and followed more than 500 irrelevant accounts in one week on my behalf. from those 500 followings, I got less than 20 new followers. Waste of time and money. I made them unfollow all these accounts they followed by mistake (not right targets) and asked for a refund. They dont want to refund me, so I just submitted a dispute to my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This service sucks.

I subscribed for 1 month ( Started on 07 September 2021)
Today 07 October 2021, I found out that :
1. The results was very disappointing.
2. They have debited from my credit card for 1 more month, without notice and without reconfirming to me.
This is a business practice that is unacceptable anywhere.
Based on that I have requested a refund as soon as possible.
To all of you who are looking for a similar service, please be careful and you better choose another company 🙏
Scam website, they will continue to take payments after you have contacted them to end the subscription.
Save yourself a phone call you to the bank and stay clear.
Don't waste your money, this is NOT WORKING AT ALL. Gained me 0 new followers. Also, they will not give you a refund, they will offer you to extend your subscription 1+ month for free, which is useless, this is not working at all. I wish I have read the reviews here before I paid for a service I never received.
