They took $5,000 cash, held my car 16 MONTHS, let rats nest inside, used zip ties on fuel lines (fire hazard), then dissolved the business the day after I sued. They have no assets—you'll never collect even if you win.
My 2016 Volvo broke down June 2023. Towed it here because they "specialize" in European cars. Red flags immediately: Scott suggested buying an extended warranty AFTER my car was already broken (insurance fraud) and made racist comments about Black customers doing chargebacks. Sean overshared about his drug/rockstar past, then volunteered he has a "criminal history" when I mentioned I sell firearms. Court records confirm: vehicle theft, DUI, drug charges since the early 2000s.
THE RUNAROUND: First fuel pump. Then valve. Then head gasket—they admitted trying to REUSE the old gasket (never do this). Sent head to machinist THREE times, still leaking. Then needed a "new engine"—that search took months. Paid $5k cash for a discount (no receipt, no paper trail).
16 MONTHS: Car sat in their lot over a year. Windows left down—mildew everywhere. Paint covered in mold. Shop window broken ("mad customer threw a rock," Scott said casually). Sean mentioned mechanics quitting, lawsuits, landlord evicting him. They hadn't paid rent for 6 months—literally squatting.
WHAT I GOT BACK (Oct 2024): Rat nests with DROPPINGS throughout interior. Fuel sensor held with ZIP TIES (fire waiting to happen). Same contaminated coolant from day one—engine probably never replaced. Loose bolts on floorboards.
I sued, won $6,500 by default (they didn't show). But they dissolved the business immediately and have no assets. Judgment worthless. They're now in Marietta near the hospital, still scamming people.
