I’ve been using the Kensui EZ-Vest V2 consistently and it’s easily one of the best pieces of training gear I own.

I run a pretty dense program focused on carries, yoke work, and structural strength—not fluff—and this vest fits right into that. I mainly use it to load my walks and yoke-style work, and it delivers exactly what I need: stable weight, no nonsense, no shifting around mid-set.

What stands out:

Load capacity & distribution – You can actually make this thing heavy. It doesn’t feel like a gimmicky “fitness vest.” Once it’s loaded, it sits tight and carries weight in a way that feels usable for real strength work.

Durability – This thing is built tough. No cheap stitching, no weak points. It feels like equipment, not an accessory.

Versatility – Walks, stairs, bodyweight work, even just adding load to daily movement—it all works. I’ve been using it heavily for weighted walks to build that yoke effect, and it translates well.

Comfort (for what it is) – It’s not “comfortable” in a soft way—it’s solid. Once it’s set, it stays put, which is exactly what you want when you’re under load.

Why I like it for yoke work:

It adds that constant downward pressure without needing a bar on your back. I can go straight into loaded walks or conditioning work without setup. It builds that dense, carried weight feeling through the traps and torso without overcomplicating things.

Only note:
Getting it dialed in the first few times takes a minute, especially if you’re loading it heavier. Once you’ve got your setup, though, it’s quick.

Bottom line:
If you’re serious about loaded movement—carries, walks, real-world strength—this vest is worth it. It’s not a toy. It holds up, it loads heavy, and it actually improves your training.

I purchased the Swissies-SP and Swissies-SP V2 and they are a great addition to my home gym setup. I also purchased the EZ-Rope which was not compatible with my setup. I reached out to Kensui via email and they responded promptly and provided a return shipping label. Kensui also sends helpful workout tips via email. The Adjustabell Max is the perfect solution for adding dumbbells to your training using weights you may already have! The knurling is fantastic, just the right amount of stickiness without being sharp and the diameter of them feel fantastic. Kensui was incredibly fast to ship my order and everything came packaged well and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order from them again should a training need arise.

Well, I've been a customer of Kensui fitness for over a year and a half, and let me express the products that I've purchased from this company is truly amazing, and is a true asset to my home gym set up, I'm a 54 yr old man, and I take my health very seriously, I seem to invest more into my health than anything else these days, with that said the equipment that I've purchased from this company is "Extraordinary" I train with them daily, anyone starting, or has a home gym, of any age should highly consider their equipment for add ons.

The Kensui Mace is a versatile functional movement training device. It is very easy to change the weight and extremely smooth for transitions.

My handles arrived a little over a month ago now and I've used them in many training sessions. Let me just say, they ARE very versatile. I've collected a large mixture of standard and Olympic plates over the years. These handles make for some combinations I couldn't accomplish before. I've glad I upgraded to the metal handles, and only wish the extensions were metal as well. I'm super happy with this addition though!

These bands are great! I opted for the bundle of 4 since it is actually a good deal for the quality of rubber they use. It is basically like 4 for the price of 3. Definitely going to be putting them to good use

I've recently been gifted (from my wife) and purchased products from Kensui Fitness. I love the innovation and relatively low price of many of their items. I'm an avid home gym'er and there's just some equipment I don't have space and/or the budget for. I had to return one item after the incorrect size was sent. I emailed and they immediately sent me the correct one with no hassle and provided a return label for the original piece they had sent me. The kind of customer service is hard to find anymore and the main reason I'm writing this review.

Very quality made. It is perfect solution for our hone gym. Every square ft counts so the typical 5-50 dumbell set is not an options. Two sets of these kensui handles cover all the need. One light one heavy. Set up before the workout. May need to buy another set in the future.

Ordered some pull up grip hooks. excellent product at a good price. they've really helped out with my shoulder pain and kept me training through the recovery.
