Kent Bespoke Shutters Opiniões

Excellent service.
Super friendly staff who were so attentive.
Absolutely lovely quality shutters and the exact stylish look I wanted for our house.
Thank you so much.

Fab experience from beginning to end .From initial visit by Rob to installation by Luke have used Kent bespoke shutters before and would not hesitate to use again if needed.

From the moment I contacted Zena at KBS for a quotation , after I had seen my sister's lounge shutters ,to the day of installation I received nothing but 1st class service , I was so pleased with my kitchen window shutters I decided to have them in my lounge to as they lend such elegance to a room , and I am delighted with the finished product and effect .Rob was my contact /installer and talked me though my options with his professional opinion and helpful suggestion's. I would not hesitate in recommending KBS to anyone who is thinking of having shutters installed.

Great Service from start to finish, big thanks to Luke who done the installation to an excellent standard.

Thankyou so much Luke for my lovely shutters. Everyone loves them. My neighbour wanted to know where I purchased them. Thanks for taking my old blinds away and fixing my curtain rail.

Great service from Kent Bespoke Shutters. Two bay windows worth of shutters in our Victorian property were fitted well and look fabulous. Whole team were helpful and responsive -whole process took approximately 6 weeks.

Brilliant service

Very friendly reliable firm

Ive just booked them into my new house and service levels have not dropped. Well recommended to all

From first enquiry to completion it was a joy. The service is outstanding and the product fantastic.

The shutters are beautifully made, and were installed quickly and in a tidy manner. I am so pleased that I looked around and found Kent Bespoke, rather than buying from other outlets that use Chinese goods. Competitive price too, and prompt service.

From the moment we contacted KBS they made it an incredibly easy process - answering our many questions being so patient and knowledgeable. Now we have had the shutters fitted they are perfect and exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From our initial meeting with Rob we felt comfortable with our decision to use a local supplier for shutters in our new home. The quality of the samples was very good and Rob was confident he could meet our expectations. Attending our home to discuss further and measure up the following day , we agreed the purchase.
During the manufacturing process Zena and Rob kept us informed of progress and dates for fitting.
Our installation occurred on time as planned. Rob and Luke installed our shutters across thd entire house in a day. No mess, no fuss and highly professional. We love the results and are so pleased with our decision to use Kent Bespoke. A truly local, professional company working with great products. We cannot recommend them highly enough. And a 5 year guarantee from people we now know and can trust. A every important point when making a purchase like this.

Kent bespoke shutters have been amazing since first point of contact. Shutters were fitted today by Rob and they are exactly what I wanted, he done a great job and was completed really quickly, he even fixed my broken curtain rail which was a bonus. Thank you very much.

Really excellent company. Very competitively priced and great service in both measuring and advice, and fitting. They kept us informed about an unavoidable delay (out of their control) and fitted them as soon as they could.
Shutters look amazing and we’re so delighted we’ve decided to buy additional shutters. We would recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters without hesitation
