Kent Heating Solutions Ltd Opiniões

An excellent experience from start to finish. Helpful advice on choosing the right fire, beam and hearth. The guys doing most of the work - Joe and Chris- helped by Olly and Gary were all great. Special mention for Joe who was very professional and had great attention to detail. They worked so hard and were careful and considerate. I’m delighted with the result. The fire starter kit and glove were the icing on the cake! If I wanted to find a fault I would have liked an email or phone call a week before the work started just to confirm that the booked dates were still ok. The follow up phone call to check I was happy was great. Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent from start to finish. Polite, professional and took time to make it all look great.

The guys did a brilliant job from start to finish, they were careful in my house, covered everything in dust sheets, cleaned up after themselves, and did a brilliant job of the installation. Highly recommend.

From quotation to carrying out the work we have nothing but praise for this company. The advice we were given was sound, the price was competetive and the installation was very quick, clean and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending this company

From estimate to fitting was a friendly and simple process. Everything was on time with a minimum of inconvenience on the one day of fitting. Site was tidied up and all cleared away. Price paid was as the estimate. Could not ask for more. The stove has been running for a month now without any problems.

Really happy with the log burner, the team were extremely professional and have done an amazing job. Thank you!

Highly recommend KHS. Great customer service from start to finish and when an unexpected problem arose, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The whole team then worked together to finish the job. Really happy with the exceptional workmanship and service from quote right through to demonstration of log burner.

Excellent service throughout supply and installation period.
Attention to detail and workmanship second to none.
Great team all round

We have just purchased and had installed our first wood burning stove by Kent Heating Solutions. Our experience as customers has been outstanding. Nothing has been too much for them, from the initial contact, to answering numerous emails with our queries, to keeping us informed, and to a smooth and professional installation and demonstration. They have a superb approach to customer service and we could not recommend them more.

From start to finish, the experiance with KHS was great.I would recommend them to anyone who needed a log burner installed. really helpful install team who were very conscience and thoughtful which I believe is such a great attribute to have when working on such projects.Well done all.

Top quality product installed by professionals. Left the area clean and tidy. Provided image and video of working stove.

Kent Heating Solutions are our go to for all our Log Burner needs. The service is fantastic every time and streets ahead of companies we used previously. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service from start to finish, nothing too much to sort. Installation of log burner was made very easy due to KHS covering off all requirements and completing to a very high standard.

Fantastic from quote to finish. Professional, personable and amazing service. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone! The guys who came to us to carry out the work were so tidy, took the time to explain everything really well, ensures that the finish was perfect and cut no corners. Wonderful.

Sam and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They promptly answered any questions we had throughout and kept to the discussed timescale! We are so pleased with our new wood burner as well as the beam and tiles they put in. There were a few complications along the way which they resolved within the day. Great cleanup as well. Thanks so much and we will be sure to use you again if the opportunity arises.

A thoroughly competent and professional service from 'advice and guidance' on the purchase of a new stove, through to the removal of the old one, the repair and renovation of the chimney stack, and the installation of the new stove. Everyone could not have been more helpful. A wonderful stove which has given us the best 'afternoon crumpets' today!

New stove fitted by KHS. Excellent service from beginning to end. Very competitive quote and work completed to a very high standard. Fitters were very clean and tidy and did a brilliant job knocking out the old fireback and fitting a Hobbit stove within my original cast iron surround. Will definitely use this company again and totally recommend them.

Another fireplace installed by KHS. Excellent work as always

We knew we wanted a stove to replace our open fire for 4 compelling reasons: heat efficiency, fuel efficiency, ease of lighting, especially when the wind would be blowing the smoke back down the chimney, and health concerns over breathing in the particulates. We had, off and on, been trying to buy a stove for about 6 years but the vendors we found in Kent did not make this easy. It was not one thing but a collection – making the process seem more complicated than it should, communicating doubt when they needed to broadcast certainly – particularly over such things as timings, not returning phone calls or turning up for site visits. Nothing major, but each, in its way made it easier for us to press the mental mañana button and shelve the process until the next summer.

This is where Kent Heating Solutions are so tremendous. They are completely on top of the whole process. This is something that I think you only get when you have oodles of enthusiasm for what you are doing and how you do it. They have thought about each step and how one relates to another, they employ people who know what they are talking about and who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. We had got to the point where the thought of having workmen in our house requires you to steal yourself for a whole new set of abuses, outrages and stress. None of this with Kent Heating Solutions. They were a joy and all done in time for autumn.

Fantastic service. Joe and Ollie were professional and polite. An excellent job was done fitting the wood burning stove. Joe even fixed a tile on the roof he that he noticed while he was up there. I thoroughly recommend Kent heating solutions.
