I engaged “Kerry free to air” to install a satellite dish and set top box. I was told by Cormac he would do the job at 11am, I took the morning off work at my own expense. He didn’t arrive at 11 but rang to say he’d be there at 2pm, didn’t arrive until 5pm, then because there was a video recorder involved he was unable to figure out what to do. He then made up an excuse about the weather being too cold to do the job. The price given to me on the phone was completely different to what he wanted when he arrived. When I mentioned the prices on his web site he told me they were 15 years out of date, false advertising. The result was I lost a day’s pay and the job wasn’t done. Waste of time. This is an unprofessional company and the fitter is incompetent. A cowboy outfit.
