Complete scam, ordered and tracked delivery USPS I was supplied with a tracking number
It said delivered when I was at home
No delivery or attempted delivery that day
I have cameras on the outside of my house to verify this
Please do not order from this site!

My order never arrived. I got a parcel tracking link, which stated that my parcel has been delivered, which wasn't. I sent a message to customer service, they replied that my parcel arrived. full stop. Do not buy there anything. It's a scam.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I have too ordered beginning of June and I have never received the parcel. Disgraceful is just an understatement. The company is not responding to my email and the parcel is now recorded as delivered. I can't believe this is happening.

please do not order from this site as they are definitely a scam. I hope this company can be identify and pay for the damage are causing to people.

I am so angry that I fell for this. I normally check out companies beforehand, so I don't know why I didn't this time. That is a lesson for me.

I ordered flowers early June 2026, and waited, and waited, and waited. It is 15th July and no sign of them. When I went into 17Track (a third-party tracking site, which is dodgy in itself - why wouldn't the tracking be via the courier company?), it said my package had been delivered. I contacted that company and I got a reply saying that it had been delivered and that I should check collection points and lockers and contact the post office if I still can't find them. I replied saying that the office is on a small business park with no lockers etc and that the package had not been delivered. They sent a short reply saying it had and gave me a link to 17Track. I then sent a third email asking why they couldn't just give me the name of the courier company so that I could follow up. I received no reply.

Luckily, nothing further has been taken off the credit card.

There should be a 'Zero Stars' button, because that is what I would give this company.

If there are any positive reviews, ignore them - I wouldn't be surprised if they were planted by the scammers!

Don't do it! Don't click on 'buy now'. Don't send them any money. You won't receive anything yet their tracking system using 17track will claim all is well. All is NOT well. I'm so cross that I fell for it - that was my stupid mistake but now I can hopefully help prevent others from making the same mistake.
It also says on the website suggested delivery time scales - that's fabricated too as it took twice as long.
I emailed them when I made the initial order on 21st May 2026, as I hadn't received any order confirmation or communication at all. I had phoned the bank to try to cancel my payment but I was told to wait just incase my item arrived. Here we are on 16th June 2026 and a fraudulent delivery. I'm going to contact the bank now.
For extra proof of their audacity - this is what the person said in my latest email when I told them that the delivery hadn't happened.
'According to the logistics information feedback, your package has been delivered. It is recommended that you check the express lockers or collection points near your home and surrounding areas to see if there is anything missing or misplaced. If you still can't find your package, please contact the post office to find out where it will be delivered." Why on earth should I have to trace every delivery company in the area to see where my parcel is, when I know full well that is not how the UK delivery system works. I have never registered for any express lockers or collection lockers, so how would my delivery be there?!

Anyway, enough energy wasted on these low lifes. Don't buy from them or any other site which looks similar.

The website looks totally legit but IS NOT. I only learned this after my delivery was late and the tracking number no longer worked. My party was ruined but I"m hoping this review will ensure your's won't be. DON"T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would... this is a scam... I was just looking and put stuff in my cart and all of a sudden stuff was ordered.. it's been well over a month and still no items... I do need the items but after looking at all the reviews... doesn't look like I'll ever receive my items. THat's $65 I'll never see again.

SCAM!!! I ordered flowers, and then my business credit card was used to purchase $1000 in flights and $850 in steak. Thankfully, my credit card company caught one charge and is working with me to remove the others. I wish I would have checked here first. Tracking info routes to a sketchy site.

This company is a SCAM!!

I ordered decorative artificial flowers from keruiteg.com after they advertised fast (5-day) shipping. It has now been over 20 days, and nothing has been delivered.

The tracking number they provided only works on a third-party tracking site and cannot be verified with any real shipping carrier like USPS. Eventually, the tracking was marked “delivered,” but no package was ever received. I checked my building’s mailroom and surrounding areas—there is absolutely no record of delivery.

To make matters worse, the customer service email listed on their website is not even functional—my message bounced back as undeliverable. There is literally no way to contact them.

Everything about this experience points to a fraudulent operation: fake tracking, no delivery, and no customer support. I’m surprised advertised this scam of a website to me! I wish there were a way to report them there.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
