Super product !

The product arrived quickly in beautiful, well designed packaging and everything felt thoughtfully put together. It also included extra eye pads, though I have not personally used them.

I have been using the mask for about two weeks now and my skin already looks much clearer and has got rid of most of the acne. I know full results take more time, but it is a promising start.

I would advise other buyers to be careful.

The LED mask I received had no manufacturer identification, no serial number, and no verifiable regulatory or registration details either on the device or in the documentation. I could not find any traceable product or device number online either.

Because of this, and because I considered it unsafe to use a device without any verifiable regulatory documentation, I decided to return the item.

Keskine states on their website that they offer a 30-day return policy.

I contacted Keskine several times requesting return instructions and a return label, but I did not receive a response. I am willing to return the LED mask, but without return instructions it is impossible.

!!! Using Google Lens, I was able to find the same LED mask design being sold on other websites under different brand names. This raised further concerns for me, as I could not identify the actual manufacturer or any verifiable product identification for the device I received.!!!

Very disappointing customer support and return process.

Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify a few important points.

I was unable to find any verifiable information about your manufacturing facilities, certifications, or independent testing in official sources. There is no clear documentation provided, which raises serious concerns for me as a customer.

Also, I contacted your support multiple times both via email and through your website immediately after receiving the product, and I did not receive any response at all. This is why I find your statement about “prioritising my case” confusing.

At this point, I am not confident in the transparency or reliability of the product or customer service.

Would not accept return when charging…

Would not accept return when charging issue was faulty and they admitted others had the same problem. Told them it triggered stress, anxiety and panic attacks, they just continued to say their investigation found it to be fine and sending it back to me when I did not want it returned to my home as would cause a severe panic attack coming back into my home. No refund and returned when I said I did not want it returned due to my health condition, whether I got a refund or not. Disgusting and despicable behaviour for profit.

I bought the LED eye mask and LED face mask for my wife as a gift, and she absolutely loves them. She says they feel relaxing and her skin already looks brighter and smoother. Definitely a great purchase and worth it if you want to treat someone (or yourself).

I bought the LED face mask from Keskine for my wife as a Christmas gift and it’s been a great purchase. It arrived well packaged and feels good quality. I’ve been using my new Keskine mask for…

I’ve been using my new Keskine mask for about 10 days now and I’m already seeing a difference. After just a few sessions, my smile lines look softer and my skin has really cleared up. I used to struggle with an oily T-zone and excess sebum, but my skin feels much more balanced now.

My honest thoughts about the LED face mask

I can honestly say I highly recommend Keskine. I ordered their LED face mask and I’m genuinely amazed by the results it’s delivered. My skin feels fresher, smoother, and I’ve noticed fewer wrinkles around my eye area I honestly feel younger and more confident. I’m so grateful to Keskine for creating something that’s made such a difference. Even my husband has noticed the change and keeps complimenting me which says it all! If you’re unsure which LED face mask to buy I truly wouldn’t look anywhere else. The quality the comfort the visible results and the customer service have all been outstanding

I am hoping to protect other people…

I am hoping to protect other people before you purchase. We believed it was a "90-day satisfaction warranty" but that is questionable. We realized the level of penetration can cause hair growth, which I do not want hair on my face. AND it doesn't go as deep as other products. In addition, it felt flimsy and sat on my face funny where the weird angle doesn't even cover my whole face. We were not satisified. We asked for a return and were given a contradictory return policy that makes it feel impossible and extremely tedious to get our money back...they define what satisfaction is and we do not get to. If I had known there would be these hoops to jump through to return this I would have never made the purchase. Now I have a very expensive product I cannot use. Part of the policy is to send time stamped photos. I will not send a photos of myself to a company I don't trust. The policy also says I have to return it within 30 days, but I have to try it for 90 days, which doesn't work for me because I don't want hair growth.

Our 90-day guarantee is centred on results because LED light therapy works gradually as skin renews over time. For this reason, we recommend consistent use for at least several weeks before assessing effectiveness. The progress photos mentioned in the policy are only requested so our support team can fairly verify use and help determine whether the device is performing as intended — they are not used for any other purpose.

That said, we do understand your concerns regarding comfort, fit, and privacy, and we never want the return process to feel difficult or unfair. If you reply with your order number, I will personally ask our team to review your case so we can look at the best way to resolve this for you.

Great results with the IPL device

I wasn’t sure about using an IPL device at home, but the Keskine IPL hair removal handset genuinely impressed me. It’s simple to use feels well-made and theres no pain whilst using it. After a few weeks I noticed slower regrowth and smoother skin which saves me time and hassle compared to shaving all the time. This is a solid buy. 5 stars from me

I’ve been using the Keskine LED face mask consistently for the past two months and I’m impressed with the results. First of all it’s really comfortable to wear, it sits nicely on the face without feeling heavy or awkward so it’s easy to relax while using it. What stood out most to me was the visible improvement in my skin’s overall fullness and glow. My complexion looks healthier more even and just generally more refreshed than before. Fine lines appear softer and my skin feels firmer and smoother to the touch. It’s become a simple part of my routine and the steady progress over these two months has definitely made it feel worth it.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – No Response to Refund Request

I am very disappointed with my experience with Keskine. I contacted their customer service on 11 February 2026 requesting a refund for their premium LED Light Mask, which I purchased from their official website on 10 December 2025. Today is 17 February, and I still haven’t received any response — not even an acknowledgement.

This is especially concerning given that their marketing materials and website clearly state a 90‑day refund policy and imply that customer queries are handled within a reasonable timeframe (around 48 hours). My experience has been the complete opposite.

The product itself was not fit for purpose. After testing it exactly as recommended, both my wife and I found it extremely uncomfortable — heavy, putting pressure on the nose, and impossible to wear for the recommended duration. The advertising is also misleading: promotional images show someone reading a book while wearing the mask, but in reality visibility is so restricted that this is simply not possible.

I returned all items to the box and requested a return label in line with their stated policy. Despite this, Keskine has ignored every email and message I’ve sent.

At this point, the lack of communication feels unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s legitimacy. A premium product should come with premium service — instead, I’ve received no service at all.

I hope this review encourages Keskine to take customer support seriously and honour the policies they advertise.

Thank you for responding, but your explanation does not reflect the reality of my experience.
This is not a “change of mind” situation. The product is not fit for purpose. It is extremely uncomfortable, puts pressure on the nose, and cannot be worn for the recommended duration. That is a functional issue, not a matter of personal preference.

Your advertising is also misleading. You show someone reading a book while wearing the mask, yet in practice visibility is so restricted that reading, watching TV, or viewing anything at all is impossible. This directly contradicts the impression created by your promotional images.

I followed all instructions exactly as recommended and contacted you well within your stated policy. Despite this, I received no acknowledgement for over a week, which does not align with the service standards you claim to offer.
I have already provided my order number multiple times, but I will email again using the subject line you suggested. However, I expect my case to be reviewed based on the facts — not categorised incorrectly under a policy that does not apply to the issues I have raised.

I have emailed as requested and will await your response.

LATEST UPDATE:
Today is 6 March 2026. Keskine promised to look into the matter as per their email dated 18 February 2026. so the question you guys are asking me... Did they respond. the simple answer is a big fat No.. i did not expect them to either as their PR and marketing is awash with misleading promises and false statements.. I am currently se eking legal advice on next steps.. so a precaution to anyone who is planning to purchase a Keskine device - beware there is no customer service for you to get reassurance and peace of mind. This means there are no refunds being paid to customers despite their promises..
