I used Kesland to ship goods from China to Nairobi, and the experience has been a costly failure. My consignment was due to leave Guangzhou in early January. It is now mid-June, roughly five months later, and 25% of my order, valued at over USD 6,000, is still sitting in Mombasa. By Kesland's own admission, the holdup is caused by problems they are having with KRA, not by anything to do with my cargo or my paperwork.

What turned a delay into a serious problem is the silence. Once my goods got stuck, Kesland stopped picking up my calls and stopped replying to my messages. I have been left with no shipment, no refund, and no straight answer about when, or whether, I will ever receive what I paid to import.

If you are considering Kesland to move freight from China, think very carefully before you do. Months of delay, thousands of dollars frozen, and a company that goes quiet the moment things go wrong is not a risk worth taking. There are forwarders who actually answer the phone when it matters.

Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie diese Firma positive Bewertung erhalten hat. Anscheinend schreibt man sich selber positive Bewertungen oder fragt Freunde und Familie an. Unserer Erfahrung nach handelt sich hierbei um eine unseriöse Firma, die Dienste erbracht und trotz Mahn- und Inkassoverfahren nicht bezahlt hat. Die Geschäftsführung ist unseriös. Trotz mehrfacher Zusagen würden keine Zahlungen erfolgen. Wir haben der Firma eine Ratenzahlungsvereinbarung angeboten, diese wurde jedoch weiterhin nichts eingehalten. Man sollte vorsichtig sein und keine Zusammenarbeit mit dieser Firma eingehen oder Vorauskasse verlangen.
Des Weiteren wurde unsere Google Rezension gelöscht.

I cannot understand how this company received such a positive review. Most likely, they write their own positive reviews or ask friends and family to do it. It is a fraudulent company that has not paid invoices despite having received legal and legal steps through a debt agency. The management is not trustful, after multiple, they have not paid. We offered the company payment by installments, but not received any payments. You should be cautious and avoid working with this company or accept orders only by prepayment, as they are not trustful.
