Love this bread !

I have tried a lot of different low carb breads and this is by far the best !
A decent sized slice of bread for my roasted cheese ...... delicious!
If you place your order in the morning, it arrives the very next day.

No customer service

No customer service. I asked for the recipe for their keto bread mix. They said look on internet! Not clear how to mix their product or what quantity to use. They were most unhelpful and said they don’t take returns.
Really? Don’t use this company

We would like to clarify that we were 100% clear at the time of your inquiry that we do not provide our specific recipes with the flour, as stated in our product description. Instead, we helpfully suggested you watch KetoKing on YouTube, where you can find an easy-to-follow recipe for keto bread using similar ingredients.

Additionally, when you threatened to “just send it back then” because we wouldn’t disclose our proprietary recipe, we politely reminded you that we cannot accept returns on food items. As per our Terms and Conditions, and in line with food safety regulations, we are a food-safe environment and cannot accept any food products that have been outside of our controlled setting.

We always aim to provide clear information and assist customers wherever possible, and we regret that our policies did not meet your expectations in this instance.

Excellent products

I like Keto Chef's product. The taste is always good. The items are shipped fast and are fresh, they are frezeer friendly, so one can stock up and retrieve when needed. What's not to like. Thank you for providing this service and products.

Total Delight

Total delight from start to finish. The site was easy to negotiate and find your way around and order. When I was not sure on one thing I got a really quick answer to my query. The choice of Keto goods is great and that was my main reason for searching. The goods arrived so fast I could not believe it. With using the offers the price was very reasonable. The goods were in good condition and they all tasted great. My go to is going to be the rustic seeded loaf.

Tasty low carb treats

Since following a low carb/keto lifestyle for over 2 years some things I miss deeply....a cheese & onion roll.
Not any longer, the rustic bread rolls are fresh and low carb.
Now I can enjoy my secret night shift treat without the carb overload.
Delivery is safe, secure and speedy

We’ve designed our 2-order minimum as a way to make sure we can offer great discounts to customers who enjoy receiving our products regularly. Unfortunately, without this approach, some customers sign up, receive the largest discount available, and then cancel right after their first order. This policy helps us keep our pricing fair and continue delivering high-quality, keto-friendly products .
