No refund after just 2 days on a 3 month plan
I signed up to the app just 2 days ago, I have used another keto app (keto cycle) in the past with great results. I just thought I'd give a different one a try this time. The app is not enjoyable to use, its no where as easy to navigate, it doesn't show your daily carbs, calories, or protein on a simple chart like other apps, it also doesn't tell you your daily calories or macro allowance, which is vital. It has no option to add in your own meals, so if you eat out, or cook something not in the meal plan you have no way of logging it. There are not many choices with meals also. The free coach trial is a bit strange, I spoke to my coach a couple of times and nothing seemed to be in line with me following the plan, she was telling me to double up on the protein items and giving instructions to make sauces, suggesting snacks without any instruction on extra calories etc. Also I found the coach responses to be very robotic, it did not feel at all personable, and then always ending with annoying, silly questions. I requested a refund, as its very frustrating to use, and lacks a lot of essential features. As I purchased a 3 month plan, I expected to be charged a fee as I'd had the plan for 2 days, but I was refused any refund at all which I personally think is pretty awful. I would not recommend this company and if you're thinking of a keto app go with keto cycle. The customer service is far better too
