From the start - James at the help centre was polite and helpful sorting out a key replacement for our Astra. As arranged, Daryl visited after phoning the next day. Within 30 minutes the new key was cut and programmed. I would highly recommend Key-Assist.co.uk for any work with auto lock and keys to anyone else. Fabulous service. I was very impressed.

I don’t recommend these ppl at all, I’n my experience they have over charged in times of distress, the fee was extremely excessive !!!

Managed to sort getting into my car the same day. There was some frustration being told it will be in a couple of hours and then turned out to be 5 but really grateful to them as was unable to find anyone local. Plus I got back into my car which is the real bonus and no smashed windows. Thank you

Got into my car within a minute, then cut me a new blank key (just in case I lock keys in car again) Overall from the first call to getting me back into my car, brilliant customer service and polite locksmith. 10/10 well done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....
I paid £120 and nobody turned up.
Leaving me sitting by the side of the road for over five hours. I was told I would be the second job of the day that was at 9am.
When I contacted them for a refund (after arranging for a local company to fix my problem)
I was told that as I was cancelling the engineer they wouldn't refund my payment.
With hindsight,
during my initial phone call i was told by the phone operative at least half dozen times that this was a no refundable payment.
(It was as if he was trying to warn me)

Lost my fob to my mini no spare. Rang up more than happy to help . Said they could come out to my car the very next day and give do me new fobs and obviously get me in my car for not a rip off price. Bloke rang that night to confirm booking. They wanted the money upfront which we were reluctant with many scam artists but rest assured this company were there before I alloted time and the car was done and ready in less than 30 minutes.Also rang to let me know he was on his way and received a text. Highly recommend very professional helpful and punctual. Hopefully It won't happen again but if it did I'd call them in a heartbeat. Thankyou again

Great guy once he got to me.very helpful and explained how it all works.just wished you would of given me an update of time of arrival as I waited in all morning.9 till 12 i was told but I had ring at 1 for an update.guy arrived at 6pm.but great service once he arrived.

We were told as the engine and heating was on we'd have someone out to us in about 20 minutes when we called at 9:20am, when I hadn't heard anything by 11:30 we called again and we were told another hour as the locksmith had to take a diversion then at 1pm there was still nothing and then the locksmith arrived at 2pm
There was absolutely no communication we were not updated by anyone about the delays and we were told if we wanted to find another locksmith to come out from another company we couldn't get our money back. One of the customer service workers even hung up on my partner

Really should be a 0.firstly had to wait 24hrs till a guy turned up, tell a mile didn't want be there anyway he started , didn't say a word made a call told me the receiver not finding the key , he did this 4 half an hr, said nothing he can do here, give me 1 half a key he'd cut, even tho useless, left me with a rest unit, no use. Car still broke, I could gain access had old key and fob, just wouldn't turn over, now it's reset I'm completely stuck, no word at all of tjem

Don’t recommend this company at all where do I even start, rang and asked if they could fix the problem on the car which it needed a new ignition barrel but I didn’t want 2 keys for the car they said this was not a problem and would be done within 6 days great I thought so paid the full amount which was higher than I expected but thought you pay for a good job expected locksmith on the Sunday only to get a phone call to say he was on holiday 15 mins later he was on the sick so ok these things happen so rearranged so I could get to work and expected them the following Thursday which they did turn up around 5.40pm they had a problem getting the barrel out then to realise he was going to fit a barrel with another key this was not what was agreed spoke to a very rude customer service member who basically said he could call the lad off the job and I could call the next day to see if I could get a refund but my car was now without a barrel and in a bit of a mess with metal and car parts all over so asked to speak to a manager the manager spoke to the lad and they resolved the problem great but the lad was struggling to put it right and decided he had been at work late the night before and he had had enough for one night and decided to leave the car unfinished still a mess this is the same person who was meant to be on holiday/sick when he was actually at work so that was a lie from the company I didn’t get angry or lose my temper at all as this gets you no where in life but obviously being ok doesn’t either different man came out the next day think his name was James fixed the barrel but the other locksmith had taken a part home that was needed to be able to drive the car so had to wait another day for him to come with the part so 3 days to fix the car after waiting 9 days for them to come out not great at all they did give a partial refund which when it actually went back into the bank was less than they actually told me but didn’t even complain about that the only point I will mention this company to anyone will be to tell them to stay well clear and find someone else not a good experience at all. They then comment on the review to look like they are investigating contacted me a week ago I replied then nothing so I’m guessing nothing is being done about the service I received.

Could not be happier with the service I received. Had multiple people out to my car without success and after the initial visit being unsuccessful the technician went above and beyond to solve the problem. And just as they said they brought the parts and keys back the following day fully working. I can not recommend these guys enough. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish definitely a 5* service

First class service from this company, from phone enquiry to new key cut and programmed at home. Very quick response time arrived when they said they would. Very courteous locksmith. Got me back on the road swiftly. Highly recommend this company.

Key Assist helped me to access my vehicle after the keys were stolen from me. They are responsive, sympathetic and incredibly pragmatic in finding ways to move forward after key theft. I am currently using them to replace my keys as it turns out that they are both cheaper and faster than ordering from the original manufacturer, Audi. I am so thankful to the team who have just been incredible in terms of customer service and flexibility.
