When I first enquired about equity release the first person I spoke to was a gentleman called Joseph Withers who was excellent at answering all of my questions and concerns, I can genuinely and honestly say that I never once felt any pressure to go ahead, the decision to go ahead was left with me and only when I was fully confident and satisfied should I do so. Thankyou Joseph for all the info you supplied, all the questions and concerns that you addressed and the calm and professional manner with which it all progressed when you were happy that I wanted to go ahead . I have recently completed on a life mortgage, sourced by Key Equity Release. My contact at Key was Andrew Warby, who from the outset made me feel at ease with the process. This was a big decision for me and Andrew could not have done more to help me decide on the product I finally chose. He talked me through the process, then gave me a detailed breakdown of all my options. Andrew never hurried the process, or pushed me in one direction or another. He made sure I understood at every step and never once pressurised me into making a decision.
Once my decision was made Andrew kept me upto date with progress until everything was finalised.
I would recommend Key but it was Andrew Warby that made me comfortable throughout a very big decision for me.
