He asked for refund because he already bought another key from another supplier! he didn't explain what problem he faced nor his issue when we asked him. He just said he cannot activate the product and needs a refund! we said we can't simply do that as its digital product and you already got the key. We can help activate the product if he faces any technical issues, but he was only interested in refund and threatened to post negative reviews everywhere. And this is simply one of them.

Wow, we have 3 different ways for contacting us listed in every single page in the website. Email Support, and two means for chat support but you ignored all of that and chose Trustpilot to ask for support!

Its exactly like you said, you were not able to activate the product because of lack of technical ability to follow the activation guide. Which is really simple. We can't help with simple process like finding the activation windows, or filling some fields.

نعتذر لعدم قدرتك علي تفعيل البرنامج.. ولكن كما ذكرت بالظبط في تقييمك، بسبب عدم قدرتك علي اتباع دليل التفعيل لعدم وجود الخبره التقنيه الكافيه.
لانستطيع الدعم للخدمات التقنيه مثل تنصيب البرنامج او كيف يمكن كتابة كود التفعيل ومعرف التثبيت والتاكيد
كما بدلا من متابعه الحل علي الايميل فضلت القدوم هنا لإعطاء تقييم سلبي اولا!
