I bought a lifetime access license for Office 365 that was supposed to work on five devices, but it stopped functioning after just a few days. When I reached out to their support via email, they claimed that my account had been misused and suggested that I had been a victim of a cyber attack. Their responses were misleading, and they directed me to contact Microsoft for further assistance. To avoid similar issues, it is best to steer clear of this vendor.

I purchased Windows and Office from this website. The activation code was provided, and the Office account password was reset for my use.

However, after about a year (or sometimes even earlier), the license stops working. This usually happens because Microsoft—or the sellers—rotate or remove these users.

These licenses are typically linked to Chinese enterprise accounts that are shared or redistributed to multiple users.

Despite being advertised as having “lifetime validity,” the software eventually stops working. When that happens, customer support either doesn’t respond or fails to provide any resolution.

I wanted to purchase a win11 pro key and the search results on google recommend me this site, at first I was skeptical since they were selling the keys at such a cheap price but upon ordering a key from here, my skepticism got way and I got a genuine Retail key for win11 (not OEM or Volume). But I was facing some trouble using it and that's why I contacted the customer support, but the employee was very rude and refused to provide assistance even at around 7:00 pm, stating it to be too 'late'.
