2 exact dresses and sizes, but one doesn’t fit
Ordered the same dress in 2 different colours. One fits perfect and the other is smaller. I emailed within 30 days and asked for a refund as the item doesn’t fit. They’ve refused to refund me even though on their own website it says you have 30 days for a return if you aren’t completely in love. They replied saying I should have checked sizing chart, which I did and that’s why one fits me. It’s not my fault the other dress doesn’t fit me even though it’s the exact same dress in a different colour. Rubbish customer services. Even after making me wait ages for the dresses to arrive (weeks). Shame as the dress that fits its lovely but wouldn’t order again due to the rubbish customer care afterwards. Don’t advertise returns within 30
Days if you don’t oblige by your own rules.
