Too good to be true?

I've been bombarded advertisements by Keystoneinvestor for nearly year now, promising an event is going happen that will turn $5000 into $5,000,000 and only a few wealthy people know about it.The event date keeps changing every few months. Iman Shafiei states he retired to the Caribbean a multimillionaire from Bitcoin.
What is Iman Shafiei motivation to be spruiking a subscription service that costs $1000s ? if he can turn $5000 into $5,000,000 as he states in his ads, 1000 times your investment, he wouldn't tell anyone. If Iman Shafiei wasn't scamming anyone he would give at the minimum 90 days free access. If the subscriber found the service profitable they would automatically sign up to a paid subscription. Just commonsense.
If it looks like a scam, it is a scam!

To me this is a must join for those who…

To me this is a must join for those who are brand new to Crypto. They teach the basics of how to choose your exchange, how to set up your accounts and how to buy and sell crypto, and how to transfer crypto. They also teach you how to research different Crypto and what to look for in a decent Cryptocurrency. They do offer a complete library where you can research different cryptocurrencies. They have weekly classes that you can join to learn the basics and to learn about the different cryptocurrencies out there. They have weekly informative newsletters as well as a private forum where you can interact with other Crypto investors. It's like taking a college course. As you know some college courses will run you thousands of dollars. The basic membership which cost me around $1600, was well worth it to me. I didn't opt into the VIP Round Table which cost way more money than I was willing to fork up. I used that money to fund my exchange accounts so that I can trade with so I'm doing ok with the membership that I have now. I have learned so much. The weekly calls are recorded so you can always go back through them if you miss one. Everyone in the forum seems to be extremely helpful. But you have to do your due diligence and research and learn. Trading crypto is a skill that must be learned and developed over time. Anyone expecting to become seasoned investors immediately and make tons of money right away, this is not the club for you. They tell you that!

They do have software that they developed that does the trading for you, but you have to set it up in such a way from the experiences you had while manually trading for a while so you know what to expect. It's also expensive. I believe it's around $2400. But they have weekly classes on strategies of setting up the software to maximize your profits and you can always ask questions. If you don't understand crypto and how to trade crypto effectively, the software is useless to you. So unless you have been actively trading for a while this tool may not help you the way you expect it to.

Keystone offers a lot of tools to help you gain the knowledge you need to be successful. Understanding Blockchain, what ERC20 tokens are, and others, as well as understanding NFT's and long and short-term investing strategies on different Cryptocurrencies. But you have to put in the effort to learn. This club has helped me generate positive gains from trading and using best practices that they teach. You do not want to dive into crypto without knowing what you're doing. You risk losing more than you gain.

Total SCAM. Don't waste your money

SUMMARY: Keystone Investors Club is a shameful organization that takes advantage of people new in the crypto space and manipulates from them an initial subscription on an empty promise of "insider information". After providing nothing of real value the paid platform is used to solicit ten times your initial investment for the "real" information they primarily sold & did not deliver on. The "no hassle" refund comes with lots of hassle and in the end you still don't get your money back. Beware!

MY STORY: I signed up for Keystone late 2020 to learn more about investing in Crypto and take advantage of their "Silver Platter Picks". The cost was substantial sitting around $1,500 CAD and I committed to three (3) installments of $495 each. A 30-day no hassle refund policy was apparently available.

After being granted access to the members area I was quite disappointed. The Silver Platter picks were quite sparse and not unique. An info paper on a featured crypto currency was all they offered yet only 2 were available: one on Bitcoin and the other Etherum. I was expecting to learn about hidden gems that I could make some good money on after paying that much - not the two most common coins anybody in the crypto space, even if for only a day, knew about.

The rest of the members area was also very weak & lacked any real value. It pretty much just explained how to set up accounts for crypto wallets and at online exchanges promoting the Keystone referral link so they earned a further commission on any future investing or trades you did.

The most annoying thing was that most resources or communications kept trying to sell me on their VIP Table where they asked for another $10,000 to "really" get access to their top-line and exclusive investor content. It basically diminished the value of what you've already paid for making it sound like it's not the really good stuff, and attempts to milk ten times that amount of money from without offering any return on what you've already invested.

Overall Keystone is a scam with little value added for money spent, after which they reveal that the really good stuff still remains behind another hefty payment wall. The primary is Iman Shaferi who makes some of the most fundamentally annoying videos that have ever existed online. In his promo videos he is always touting 'events of biblical proportions' happening in a few days or how you've 'been lied to by everyone' and only he knows the truth to set you financially free. After he gets your money he taunts you by saying you can't access the good stuff unless you join him at the "VIP Table" for a mere $10,000 more. Very little to no value is offered in the 'exclusive' members area and definitely nothing that represents even a fraction of a return on your initial investment.

I realized quite quickly that while this content or approach may work for some, it was not for me so I elected to take advantage of the 30-day no hassle refund policy (one of the main reasons I agreed to sign up). It turns out that "no hassle" at Keystone Investors Club actually means 'incredible hassle' and "refund" means 'you'll never see your money again'.

I requested the refund within the 30 days initially from the 'coach' that was assigned to me. He never responded to a single message I sent even though I sent three (3) of them. Next I contacted their support department and spoke with Matthew. He was somewhat helpful however told me that in order to get my money back I needed to schedule a call with the billing department. So I booked the call and spoke with an incredibly rude and unhelpful woman who told me she would submit my request for review &I would be contacted by that department in the next 7 days. Apparently after they contacted me the refund would be processed in what had definitely proven not to be a "hassle free" process thus far.

Well 7 days came and went and there was no news from Keystone so I followed up with Matthew at Support once again. He replied saying he would check into it. After another week passed I hadn't heard back from him or the authorizing department so followed up again. Matthew no longer responded to any of my messages including that one or about three (3) others I've sent since.

To this date I have not received my money back even as I jumped through all of the many hoops that their 'no hassle' policy demanded. This has included over 10 emails and 2 scheduled calls, the second of which was never initiated by them, and the one that was actually supposed to be the final step in triggering my refund. Plus, despite them being clear I wished to cancel my membership I am still spammed with their 'members only' emails each week and my access to the members area was never revoked. Any follow-up communications I've sent over the past few months are simply left not responded to and ignored.
