Really pleased with the service that Key Tracker gave from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, well organised, and everything happened when it was supposed to.
A special mention to Michael the engineer , who was excellent throughout. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt well informed every step of the way.
Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Keytracker Team are often prepared with a solution to any query we have, as a London based dealership with 2 cabinets, with a busy 420 Key Slots. From Support to After Sales to Maintenance we always have had positive experiences. Chiefly Rico, Michael and Lisa combine to keep our business moving in this area.

We currently have a 720 FOB key cabinet and a maintenance contract in place, so far we have not had many issues, and when we did, a phone call to their support line talked me through the issue. I have found them to be polite and professional and nothing is to much trouble.

I had a new e fob reader delivered to enable me to set up my own fobs for my Key Cabinets in 3 x depots.
I had fantastic support from Rico who talked me through what I needed to do and the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable.

Easy interface and control of system. Support services are excellent when needed. Already have three key cabinets and soon will be five as well as a locker system.
Wouldn't go anywhere else as this is the best system we have come across.
