Today we purchased a 14 piece bucket from Highland road store in Kitchener, at about 4:30. It smelled so good in the car coming home. We were looking forward to our picnic supper. We had all the fixings waiting and were very much looking forward to eating an early dinner. Sadly this whole barrel was terrible. It was very dark colour and very hard. On legs you could see bare bone where the chicken had shrunk. I’m 100% certain this chicken was left from day before or lunch and refried. Some of the skin was so hard it was inedible. Such a big disappointment, $48 for 14 pieces that were very dry and shrunk to almost 1/2 their normal size.

The KFC on idwld in Saskatoon had the worst customer service towards me .
The lady working at 3 pm cst was very rude and I specifically told her I was going to use debit and cash . And she deliberately put the who transaction on debit and my card declined. And she says “ do you even have money in there “. I said yes I told you $50 cash and the rest debit !!! Please talk to the staff and to do better with their customers service skills . We are the ones paying their wages !!!

I made the sad mistake of buying KFC from Gunnedah outlet. The chicken and fry's were cold and the chicken was dripping with oil. There was no serviettes in the box and no spoon to eat the coleslaw and potato and gravey. The girl taking in the order was rude also. Don't bother buying from this restaraunt, the food is crap,well below KFC standards.

Why would it take 30 minutes to get 2 two piece meals ? 1208 Tranquille KFC is a greed infested S*#thole.

I love the revised menu especially the hot wings. Not overly spicy, just my style. Wish however the mashed potatoes were in CANADA.

Really slow service,,Employees constantly lie about wait times,, Today I was downtown Brantford KFC. I ordered 9 pieces chicken and Fries,,should not take longer than 10 minutes at most, I used to be a line Cook as well. They just kept taking Orders then they screwed everyone's orders up..it took almost 40 minutes for my Order...what happened to the Proud Canadian KFC..Rediculous.

Looked like big bite taken out of drumstick; fries cold & limp and very skimpy; "side order" of coleslaw SHAMELESSLY tiny...only about 8 bites - I was expecting a pint for that price!

despite all the bad reviews , I always see this place packed, so, ill keep coming back

Every time we order to see this completely soggy.... KFC has gone down drastically over the years what a s*** show.... How can you justify paying that much for soggy chicken skin...

9 piece order came with 8 pieces. Called to report after getting home and was Told no there were 9 pieces because the manager says he made the order. It did not matter what I said there were 9 pieces. I suspect this is a regular occurance from Calgary Trans Canada store to boost profits. Have had problems before with orders but they were resolved. NO MORE KFC for us.

KFC popcorn chicken is nothing more than processed junk that is battered. I have bought Mary Browns chicken poppers and they use real white chicken meat in them. KFC is always more expensive and then they use garbage fillers . I am also sick of KFC using smaller chicken pieces for the chicken. Everywhere else uses a good sized piece of chicken, not KFC. They also charge premium prices for all white meat if that is what you want when other places charge a reasonable fee. They are putting themselves out of business.

Barrie Ontario. Problem with Bayfield location with no resolution even after trying to get resolution through Corporate customer service dept. Buyer beware there is no one who will or can assist with a location as most franchise do not have to follow corporate rules. It’s sad that KFC would allow a small franchise to damage your name.

As of 3pm I still.have not received a promised callback from store location

Just received Ed a callback from Supervisor with an update yes you correct they still can't assist as the billing is done by third party who do not have correct info even though I have submitted this info on a daily basis. She will submit again and the nightmare continues...have you ever heard of a company who cannot give their name which I may need for follow up. Nothing makes sense with this location
There scam is billing and keeping customer funds living its not there issue......sad location

Kfc Bredell Square at Kempton park is the best KFC I've been to I always get fresh meal it's even best for dinners because of their dining hall its so clean and open I love everything about this kfc

The employees spend the time on there cellular phones are the orders pile up on the counter, extremelly bad service lots of talking between employess and NO SERVICE

Just got takeway from kfc got home and food was not cooked properly made us ill have got pic off food if want see its

I had a similarly disappointing experience when I was sold a pretty empty bucket of chicken, I wish I would have checked its contents before driving an hour home before opening it. Really off putting.

Went to the Coverdale KFC on Friday night, By far the worst service , had deteriorated and will never return. After many years of going to this location and seeing it decline to the state it is today. I will never go back to this location again. Ordered a 14 piece bucket with sides , was to by server they only had dark meat ready. He kept on trying to tell me they only had dark meet and I should take it. I repeatedly informed him , I did not want only dark meat. Finally I was told it would be 30 mins and I would have to wait until the cook was completed for fresh chicken. Paid the order and was not provided receipt. The clerk just walked away and ignored myself and other customers
Food quality was the worst I have ever tasted from KFC as it was super salty.
I was not the only dissatisfied customer. A gentleman came in and he had been waiting longer than I had been. The parking lot had at least six customers from drive thru who were still waiting in the lot for their orders when I walked out. They appeared to be displeased with the staff member who was talking with them in the parking lot where they were told to wait. Extremely poor attitudes of staff, worst service possible, they do not care about customers, disorderly, disrespectful and disorganized. Avoid this location and go elsewhere if you really have a craving for KFC.
After many years of going to this location and seeing it decline to the state it is today. I will never go back to this location again. I will go to different location if my family really wants KFC

Dear KFC Team,

I am writing to share my frustration regarding the difficulty of purchasing a KFC gift card in Langford, BC. On December 19, 2025, I visited the KFC location in Langford specifically to buy a gift card. The staff informed me that they do not carry gift cards and suggested I try Thrifty's. I then checked Thrifty's, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Walmart, but none of these retailers had KFC gift cards available either.

It was extremely disappointing to find that, unlike other fast food brands, KFC gift cards were not available at your restaurant or at major local retailers. I ultimately had to purchase a gift card for a different brand, which was not my preference.

I hope you will consider making KFC gift cards more accessible in-store and through local retailers, as this would greatly improve the customer experience.
