So happy with the customer service I received,so fast with responding to my emails and gave great feedback with both of the courses that I completed with them.I completed both my lash lifting and Brow lamination course,the products were amazing and the step by step guide was so useful,including every last detail.it was so enjoyable taking both courses with ah Francis because of the support they provide,amazing!😍

Great customer service
Great customer service from AH Francis. Karen is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and she is always available for advice. I’ve been using the AH Francis lash lift system for a while now and I can’t rate it highly enough.
Would definitely recommend 😊

Been with them for 15 years
Always happy with the service I receive, only ever once had a small issue and resolved strait away. Absolutely love the product and would not use any other product. My clients love it and I have had some clients for the last 15 years too. Done both my training with AH Francis and have used their products ever since. Thank you so much Karen and the team there xxx

I’ve been using this company for over 10 years and can’t fault them. There customer service is excellent, nothing is never to much trouble and any information, advice or help is always given so well.
All products are to high standard and never had any problems with them

Really happy I decided to train with AH…
Really happy I decided to train with AH Francis on their accredited Eyelash Extensions course.
The course has provided me with an excellent foundation of knowledge to progress in offering this treatment alongside other treatment I offer.
Karen has been exceptional in communication, giving guidance and support.
If I wanted to train in other treatments in the future, I would 100% book with AH Francis.
The products supplied by AH Francis are of high standard and I will continue using these in my services.
