Prices incorrect
Services are good and customer service is not a problem. However, pricing on the website is outdated and incorrect. A direct quote from the staff was “those prices are way out of date, and they are starting prices anyway”. There is no public displayed prices anywhere to be seen and where they are displayed, they are knowingly incorrect to entice you in. When asked, the staff cannot provide a written or printed price breakdown, so you just have to take their word for it. This is really poor for a first experience and will not be going again until they have updated the prices on the website for customers to see. The actual pricing list on the website is a link to a .PDF which takes less than an hour to change, however this seems to hard of a task, suggesting that they know the prices are incorrect but cannot be bothered to change them. The most expensive blow dry service on the website currently (11/07/2025) £36, however the price we were charged was £45. The price list/opening times that is on the website is from June 2020 (the only date that is displayed). When challenged, they had made a note to change the website. However, if it was that easy to make a change, I have serious doubts that it will be actioned as this could have been done since 2020.
