We had a really tricky sale at times and were fortunate that despite any adversity face, we had the lovely Julie on side to help, above and beyond her duties and often on her days off! It was down to her and the team, Georgie and Sidney we got there in the end. Thank you all!

Have lived in Kings Hill for 20 years and have celebrated 3 successful home sales and 3 successful purchases with KHP. For this most recent sale and purchase, we initially when to another agent (not sure why). 4 days after coming back to KHP we were STC.

Fantastic service from Be Chapman at KHP. She really took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for. She then gave us completely honest appraisals of the properties on offer and whenever something suitable would come up, she would made sure we had the details asap. Her opinion on the price of properties was spot on and always very sensible. She made house hunting unusually enjoyable and I would happily recommend her services to anyone in the market.

KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

All of the team at KHP Snodland we’re brilliant, we mainly dealt with Abbie and Megan who were always so helpful and prompt at getting things chased for us, from the moment we put our house on the market with them and explained we were wanting it to sell quickly as we had bought another house already they did everything they could to get it sold for us and managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks, they had great communication and kept us updated regularly, i would definitely use them again
