Was looking for a Fears Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hour - Raven (Black) and lo and behold James had one in his online store.

Did some online diligence on him, gave him a call, paid and then dropped by following day to inspect, have a great chat and then depart with it.

Discovered Kibble Watches last year on the recommendation of a friend and very happy to have done so! I've done a few deals with James since then, both buying and selling, and have always felt very well and fairly treated.

As a small family business James is focused very much on customer service and it really shows - accurate descriptions of the watches for sale, great communications, prompt delivery / payments and a lovely open and honest approach. On top of that his prices are always more than fair so I've always felt I'm getting a good deal compared to most other sellers.

"Buy the seller, not the watch" is a great rule when looking for a vinatge or used watch and James is up there with the best - buy from him with confidence.

Completed my first purchase through James at Kibble Watches today. You couldn’t ask for more. Honest, polite, invested and genuinely enthusiastic about what he offers. Despite it not being a high end purchase, I still received fantastic service, with fast and efficient communications and the watch delivered and on my wrist only 24 hours later. For my USA friends please STAY AWAY from kibble watches.com. They ARE NOT affiliated in any way to the UK store. They offer much cheaper prices..to good to be true. In my opinion they are a SCAM. Their phone number search shows a fraud number. Their invoice they send is International Traders LLC. Stay away you may get scammed.
