I ordered a football shirt with personalisation,
I had a confirmation email it says 2-7 business days, brilliant we are off to a great start.
So why when I check PP does it say I ordered a quilt cover set, from a company in China & that it has been delivered?
What is going on?

Have not received in 3 months since ordering and no response on email.
Very very very poor!

Paid for item never turned up despite me sending five emails I received no reply apart 1 email saying I would get my item soon, but it never turned up in the end I had to get a refund back from my bank

takes some time but for the price and quality, amazing

I recieved items, however they look NOTHING like the pictures. The material is thin and cheap looking along with graphics. I would not buy again.

Do not order from this scam of a company. Terrible customer service and terrible exchange and return policy. It will take a month to receive the item, therefore the window will have shut for a refund or exchange. I repeat...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Its so OBVIOUS all the " 5 star reviews " are all Arab and foreign names and are completely phoney, the scammers are the ones putting the 5 star reviews, they are even similar af so its prob the same one person with the phoney accounts, and because they have so many fake 5 star reviews , FB and some people are still getting scammed by them

I ordered at the start of January and its the start of march . This is a scam!! Do not buy , i tried emailing them on everything i could but it was impossible to reach to them .

if i was you do not buy from this website i have been robbed me £65 and i am 15 years old i have sent email after email about my tracksuit and no reply i ordered my tracksuit the day after boxing day and it’s now the 25th of february 2024 i would not recommend this website

I purchased a top for my niece at the beginning of January, it’s now 18th February and I’ve still not received my order! I’ve emailed four time and no response.. they have taken my money! Avoid this company.. take your money and don’t send the good! Update… 5th of March,still no order received!! Tracking number disappeared,still no answer from them! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!

They have literally robbed my 14yr old son!!! I ordered a tracksuit for my son a month ago and haven't received it. He'd saved up his pocket money for weeks for the tracksuit. I have sent email after email to try find out what happening and I literally get no response. It's impossible to make contact with this company to resolve my issue. I can't even get a refund and the order has remained at the stage on the track my order process since ordering was made. Absolutely shocking and day light robbery, really wouldn't recommend this company customer services doesn't even exist, probably a scam company.

Scam company and now website even removed from the shop app, contacted on numerous occasions do not buy anything from these robbers the actual few reviews that say they have received goods are fake reviews avoid like the plague

I bought a tracksuit off them despite the bad reviews. It came within 2 weeks as stated on the website and was presently surprised. Will buy again.

Ordered a grey psg tracksuit there was no messing around payment was sent and received the order within a week. The quality was top of the barrel and will 100% order more products in the future

Was very pleased with the service and communication shown by the owner, was great at keeping updates if anything happened and was very informative about the whole process. The PSG tracksuit i had received was high quality and would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested

Saw there was bad reviews on this however the quality of the kits are very good. Although it takes 2-3 weeks to come which is mentioned the products are high quality would definitely recommend👍
