I ordered shoes and have been trying to get ahold of support , absolutely no help . Customer service is shit ,no answers . You would think spending 300$ you would get a tracking # after 3 business days . Dont order from here , wish I dug deeper . Big red flag can’t even return the shoes

I ordered shoes on nov 7 2025 and still haven’t received them. I’ve wrote support several times and now they don’t even answer. This has been a horrible experience and I’ve never had this happen on other sneaker websites. I work hard for my money to just have them take my money with no regard.

Fraudulent company! I've refused a package with UPS as the customs fees were too high. UPS confirmed it was not a problem and that they would follow-up with the seller to send the package back as part of their service. Despite multiple messages to KicksOnFire both from me and UPS, they ignored us until the deadline for UPS return was expired so they can avoid refunding me (205$). Don't order from them!!!

My order was cancelled with no warning or explanation. My money WAS refunded. The same shoes I ordered are still listed on the site.....

It’s been about 3 weeks since I ordered and I’ve gotten no sign of my shoes. I also put in my direct address (Mississippi) and my shoes were delivered to somewhere in Connecticut. Don’t trust this company with your money.

Sendt me the wrong color shoes(shoes they didn’t even have on the website) and a cheaper colorway then the one i ordered. They also refused to give any sort of compensation for their mistake.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I went to the wrong state address.
When I called DHL. They said call Kicks on fire. They have no CS #. Tried on my app. NO GO.
I got scammed. $205. Gone

My tracking number doesn't work. I can't get any customer help assistance. I think they might be a scam website and I am going to report them to the police. Please do not spend your money on this website.

bought some kicks and they cancel the order days before i needed it.. the reasoning was not satisfactory at all, then shorted me 50 cents on my refund... seeem unthrust worthy

Trash. Sneakers were stolen. And they refuse to refund or replace. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this site and the first time an issue occurs I’m basically told it’s on my card company not them. Also it’s doesn’t update tracking properly. Orders that come from china have no sure delivery date but the sad part is you don’t know that it’s coming internationally until after your purchase. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. NOT BECAUSE OF QUALITY BUT BECAUSE OF LIABILITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FLIGHT CLUB IS MORE PROFESSIONAL IN MY HONEST OPINION

They do well with keeping me up to date with exclusive drops and dates for ticket raffle

I’m new to kicks and it’s so convenient and great for finding anything you want. All the drops are on schedule 100%
