Easy to order fast delivery come missing number plate told the fella he said there in the post no problems

Ordered though clear pay and it came within 3 days and no damage to the box great service and got kept upto date on everything with a tracking number aswell as plenty of emails

Superb customer service! Naz answered all my questions about the quad bike before purchase and even told me about a price reduction. Prompt delivery but unfortunately the front wheel fixings were missing. Naz to the rescue again, even responding to my late text on the same evening. A bag of fixings sent the next day. Grandson hasn’t been given his quad bike yet but he’ll love it! Many thanks.

Bought for my daughter birthday, she love it. Very easy to assemble.

Bought a BMW i8 ride on for my son. The steering wheel had a few scuffs on it. Rang the office and they sorted it all out. They sent a new replacement wheel out 1st class recorded post. Got it the next day and they even reimbursed me sending the damaged one back.
Good communication and pleased.

Fast delivery and wonderful product that works well but never came with personalized licensed plate

The scooter arrived with a flat tyre , and the valve to connect to a pump was so far in it could not be connected not even a professional could without taking the wheel off, customer service was abysmal the guy was so condescending it bordered on abuse , even telling me it was only a "few screws no specialist tools required, a knife possibly" when I asked how this would affect the warranty I was ignored n told all scooters come with flat tyres and valves unreachable really kiddies motors

After writing this I was contacted by the company , they are willing yo reimburse the cost of getting it sorted so that at least is something , but I was treated very unfairly
