This product is a game changer
This product is a game changer! I loved my standard Wizzer but needed more capacity. The EXL is perfect. I highly recommend the glow in the dark version as it is easy to locate in the dark of night. Totally user friendly. No leeks during or after. An amazing product. Thank you.

We bought the XL version
We bought the XL version. We use it when in our camper van and the toilet is almost full and there are no chemical toilets about. It’s well made, although the lid is slightly worrying. The bottle squashes down to a small tea mug size, easy for storing.

Disappointed
I have had a shewee for 15 years and never had a problem but thought I would try whizzer as it collects urine. Very disappointed. The funnel is not rigid. Despite plenty of practice just have leaks everytime. Can see it could be quite good for males but sadly for me it was a waste of money and will stick to my trusty shewee.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to feed this back. I’m usually used to the opposite stories when it comes to previous she-wee users so I’m sorry to hear your experience hasn't been the relieved switch over one it should be. But it seems this might be a fixable issue as the Whizzer has been designed with a leak-free goal alongside other functions that no other product of its kind has. The soft silicone spout has been intentionally made to cup beneath the body moulding the area to ensure splashes are contained and if the parts are attached correctly for when in use and the lid is put on afterwards there should be no leaks throughout the process. The instructions to put it together are included with orders and the video demo is on the website. There are multiple ways to contact me if you have any issues as leaving a review with the details unfortunately doesn’t give me the chance to personally resolve any concerns. I will try to reach out to you directly as I would welcome the chance to make sure you can use your Whizzer as intended. Best wishes, Zoe

The order and delivery service is excellent. Still getting used to aligning the spout with the top as find this fiddly in a rush so tend to leave in ready to use at night (in campervan).

Great Product and Fantastic Team
Such a great product - can’t wait to use it when I’m camping and the toilets are ages away! The product arrived well packaged and with clear instructions. Zoë really went above and beyond with my order - it got stuck in transit so I was sent a second parcel with a handwritten note and some extras to make up for the “inconvenience” (though it really wasn’t necessary and I’m very grateful for them!). Great product, super useful. Proactive customer support
*I have edited my review as the issues I had have been resolved*
Well made, quality product. Much easier to use than other products I have tried. I had some issues initially with some wayward dribbles and capacity. These were resolved with some advice and support from the company.
The dribbling was caused by me not ensuring the inner funnel was seated properly. I didn’t realise until I ran my finger around and felt it pop in properly. Also, much easier when I stood instead of trying to squat with it 🤣.
The capacity issue was caused by me waiting far too long long to go. This has caused me problems in the past with UTI’s. If I go when I need to (which I can now, anytime) the capacity is more than enough.

Hi Katie, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As mentioned in the description there are a few sizes of the whizzer and these are based on the capacity of the bladder size because more than 500ml or 800ml inside the bladder can lead to health complications. 500-600ml should be sufficient but it can be extended to 700-800ml. I try to explain it with the visualisation of a bottle of drink which is very heavy to think of holding inside just one organ for a long period of time. I advise that if reaching these capacities that is a warning on significant pressure on the bladder meaning more frequent emptying is needed and the whizzer helps encourage that by giving you the option far quicker before it reaches that point. I can offer more advise if contacting me directly and especially with the leaking comment as this should definitely not be happening. But it’s difficult to resolve an issue via a review so I will try to reach out to you to get this sorted. Thanks again, Zoe
