My order was cancelled with no message why and no follow up. Poor!

Great product, easy to use website and fast delivery. Will definitely use again when we move on to a new topic at school.

How can they ask for feedback on products they haven’t delivered is beyond my understanding. It seems that there is no-one to fulfil the orders nor deal with customer queries. AVOID.

Item has not been delivered yet and I have not had a response to my enquiry about when it will be delivered.
It seems inappropriate to ask for feedback before a delivery has been made.

Ordering was great and item arrived quickly. Unfortunately delivery was not so great. I'm not sure what company you use but the item was just left under the window at the front of my property. Had it been wet, my order would have been badly damaged.

Cancelled the order without any explanation or communication and then continue to bombard me with emails and adverts and listings asking me to review a service that they denied from me, without warning or transparency.

The items received within the kit did not match those on the instructions. Several pieces hadn't been cut straight making it very hard to assemble.

They don't deliver to Northern Ireland and lied about it in their original cancellation email.

Delivered on time , packaged minimally and great product. My grandson is delighted!!

Great product! Super speedy delivery and well priced. With the help of lots of sticky back plastic, I turned it into a Red Arrow for my niece’s carnival costume

They don't post to Northern Ireland which is bizarre so they cancelled my order and I had to email them for an explanation.

Cardboard house arrived 2 days after the kids birthday party which is a big disappointment even though we've paid for fast delivery few day in advance. It's a shame to leave not the greatest review for potentially great product (still unpacked as party's over, waiting for another occasion) but still feeling upset about not having one if our main planned activity.

Bought one for our three year olds birthday party, all kids loved colouring it with crayons and pencils and covering it with stickers! Coincidentally our friends bought one for our kids birthday too, which he’s painted with poster paints and loves. Can’t fault it, looks great, really sturdy and easy to colour and so much fun! Plus can be recycled when he’s finished playing with it… which is probably going to be a really long time!! Arrived promptly too.

We loved the castle and used it as the main activity at our daughter's 3rd birthday party. Kept them busy for ages! Delivery was quick too. Would definitely order again!

EDIT - two years on, we have repeated this party format for her 4th and 5th birthday. It's a constant winner!

You need to contact Kideco by email to process a return which, unfortunately, I needed to do. However, the company just hasn't responded. I've followed up twice now and still no word. That's one way to get people to keep your product...

Great sturdy cardboard castle, clear instructions and easy to build. Bought for Fathers Day for the kids to make with Daddy and they all loved it!
